I'm completely non related student.
I'm a Law student, but I love to see all of your videos. My college has an Architecture college too. The huge bags, there Structure bag and there big big equipments. Architecture, is a stressful course but very Peaceful and Loving.
Yes I agree. Either choose a college nearby your residence or else settle somewhere around your college. I am currently in JJ which is 2 hours away from my stay place. Travelling for 4 hours in local every freakin day is another hectic degree along with Architecture . LOL. Also I love the way you have inserted memes in your old videos. Goodluck!!!!!

Is Sir JJ college of Architecture really good bcoz I've heard that the exposure is way less there and it does not participates in NASA ?
It's not about the exposure ..if you are a good student you will find exposure but JJ still stands as one of the top institutions in India and that thing will help you a lot in future

Sir I would like to say probably the scores you are saying are the merit scores..they cannot be individual scores as they are too high..and as mentioned on many sites..it must be merit score ie. 12+Nata/2 it cannot be individually Nata score

if the college is really bad i would suggest go for the 2hrs one and live in a hostel or in a pg and if its not that bad go for the closer one your life will be simple !!

your chances are there but check the last year cut of Kamla raheja it was 135 i think!

Thats a good score congratulations ..yes you can but is a lill difficult as ...all the colleges have reservations and high number of application plus state domicile reservation is also there ..that means if 2 people have same scores the person who is a domicile of state will get preference ...But nothing wrong in trying ...I hope you get in !!

I just got admission in D Y Patil College of architecture ( navi mumbai) in M.arch but I'm not getting clear reviews about the college, everyone keeps saying it's good for medical but not clear about M.arch. one of my professors said that it's degree won't have much relevance out of Mumbai. Should i go ahead with the admission or let it go and wait for a better one?

I tried searching on govt portals there are no such info mentioned on them , so I called NATA help desk , Rizvi college and Ls raheja all are clueless, second round nata results are out now lets hope next moth they might start ...you also keep following up with nata web site www.nata.in/index.html they keep posting updates, I will let you know as soon as in get some info on it!!!

it does matters a lot !! you will have lots of assignments and workload , but one hr is still fine

I got this question before also ... I personally called COA office but they were clue less then i called Rizvi and Raheja college even they were helpless... i will let you know if something comes up !!

hi!! see hostel is good but for us its better if we rent out a flat , overall experience was good you just have to maintain good relation with your faculties and I think that's very important in all the architecture colleges, You can even try bharti pune with your score ....all the best ....let me know if you get in !!

Well the rating is good but its quite new .. I would suggest to check already established colleges ....because they have good experience plus after 5 years you will have their alumni all over India.

no no !! thats not at all true the only thing is that the colleges have some reservation for domicile of Maharashtra which is normal

What is reserved category?
you are definitely from open category !! its a cast based reservation system where schedule cast and tribes are given reservation ..exam if you get 150 and someone with st certificate gets 150 his or hers chances are more to get accepted .

don't know much about pune but I will surely ask my architect friends and faculties in Pune and get back to you.
So the colleges are Sinhgad College of Architecture, DY Patil College and Bharti Vidyapeeth pune should be your choice
sir how the merit rank is calculated?
For admission purpose Nata’s score has to be combined with 12th class score or Diploma’s percentage. As per COA guidelines any Architecture entrance test shall not be given more than 50% weightage in total aggregate.
So almost all colleges ( except few) take aggregate as 50-50 of Nata and 12th score.
For example: A student scored 120 out of 200 in Nata and an 82% in 12th boards. The aggregate will be
120/4 +82/2 = 30+41= 71

My merit score is 161.84, and I am done with my capround 1 , I got rizvi college(4th preference) but my above preferences were jj , rachna sansad and other rachna sansad ...I desided to apply for another cap round with same preferences, is it safe or is there a chance of not getting a better college than current one..pls help
You can get the other two colleges ..your chances will increase if you fall in reservation ...you should have put kl raheja also . And ones check the cut-off list of last year too

if you cant move near to Raheja then from my personal experience you should take a college convenient for you to travel ..Pillai is also a great college .
