I don't know if it has to do with the latest Adobe 2022 but once I pull it down to the left, taking it back to the right increments really slowly and at 10, the file is already over 1GB size. This is just a 14 mins video with nothing more than a screen recoding with little to no images. In fact, the original video size is 56mb. I just do not understand why adobe makes things so difficult.

This doesn't work for me. Whether I change to CBR or not, it gives me the estimated size the same as when it is VBR. A zoom recording of 250mb became 4gb. I don't get it

Very useful. I would always set my target bitrate at 10 but for some reason it set it to 38 after upgrading my pc. No wonder it was rendering slowly.
