Yes, I have this. The original tracks are silver. I also have the Interceptor, with its missle. I loved both those shows. Watched them all the time growing up. I was born in the early 1960s. Sadly, I never did get the Eagle ship from Space 1999.😢 I have other Dinky models too. Including, JU88 Stuka, Hawker Hurricane, Centurion tank and Chity Chity Bang Bang. Slightly damaged because of our dog back then. Look at Britain Toys. They did some great stuff. 🧙♂️👍🏼
Defenitely made at a time before the Boba Fett action figure firing rocket controversy. I had the boba Fett action figure, only the more common one that didnt fire a rocket. Boy I wish I had the firing one, easily worth the price of a very nice home.
I love Space 1999 but UFO is 10x better (For the record, Space 1999 started as UFO 2 but the yanks wanted to many changes that it ended up as Space 1999) I had the dinky Mobile 2 also and never understood why the model was green when the real Shado Mobiles in UFO were silver.
