This is Korea's own doing. For the longest time, the Korean national team has relied on KYK to do everything. And this is the outcome of that. No foundation to build young players in the international scene and this is what they get. It's Korea's own fault. This probably opened their eyes and now will have to create CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats true. If you know their KVA rules especially their contracts stuffs you really got the point. Maybe they just focus only Korean league not international which so disappointing.
Actually if Lee jae yeong wasn't expelled from the national team she could be a differentiator...because actually Korea also has good MB if trained properly...but in the team you need players who can in any position...both defending and attacking and Lee jae yeong is the right player who can be the successor of KYK...
@@anjarnisubiyakto9255 True, yes. The Lee twins would definitely help but we can’t strategize with something we can’t control.
A lot of people should be stepping down from the KVA but we know that won't happen. KYK should have a position in the KVA, she has a lot of good ideas from what I have seen in her youtube videos. And they keep recycling the same club* coaches which come from the Korean men's teams and we know how they do, they have nothing new to teach and no international* experience to impart to the youth. The entire system needs to be remodelled if they expect to contiune to play at the highest level among these great teams.

Canada already garnered a 2 wins in just 1 week. I think this is already a big achievement since last VNL they just garnered a 3 wins. Way to go Canada!

I really want Korea to do well...but I feel like they don't have chemistry among each other! It seems like they are forced to play volleyball, but have to interest in playing. If you watch Thailand, all the girls are so HAPPY and ALWAYS SMILING! But Korea seems like they were chosen to go to VNL by force. No one seems to be having fun at all and the performance is very poor. Congratulations to Canada!

I am a Korean fan, but I feel sad that the club team in the V-League is more passionate than Korean Team. Except for Kang So-hwi, I know the young players are inexperienced, but they need to run around the court a bit more.

세대교체를 할 거면 가능성 있고 유망주인 고교 선수들하고 프로 1-2년차 선수들을 데려가서 경험치를 쌓게 하던가 V리그에서도 나이 상대적으로 있는 편에 후보급 선수들 데려가면 성적낼 수 있을 거라고 생각한 건가 진짜 답 없네
지금 멤버는 완전 잘못된가임..차라리 도로공사 단일팀이 가도 저거보다는 잘할거요 .
U18이하 u20이하가 모두 국제 경기가 연이어 있고 우리나라는 선수가 너무 없는 게

왜 항상 뒷심이 부족한걸까
이젠 승리보다 한 세트만 잡아봤으면 좋겠다는 생각으로 봤는데 또 셧아웃
역대전적상 캐나다가 한국을 이긴 적이 없다고 하던데 그 기록이 깨져서 너무 아쉽습니다.
열흘이라는 시간이 있는데 아직 시간 많습니다. 남는 시간 활용해서 도미니카전은 세트를 유리하게 가져가보거나 꼭 이겼으면 좋겠습니다.
도미니카도 뒷심발휘못하던데....과연....근데 도미니카가 조금더 잘할듯싶네요.수비도어느정도 되던데.....공격력은 뭐...우리보다 뛰어난거같고.....정아,희진선수가 전혀 힘을 못쓰니 아쉽네요....다 아쉬워.....
@@-bbong8592 오늘은 끝까지 다봤는데 캐나다전은 이선우, 강소휘 선수들이 각 7점, 박정아, 김희진 선수들이 각 5점씩 냈네요.
캐나다는 크로스, 그레이, 반라이크 선수가 주축이 되었는데 두자릿수 득점에 특히 반라이크 선수의 공격이 너무 잘되서 수비적인 면에서 다소 아쉬운 면이 많이 보였던 것 같습니다.
어제 (5일) 도미니카는 일본 상대로 3대1로 졌지만 25 : 20 으로 2세트를 가져갔습니다.
수비도 그렇지만 공격도 상대 범실로 득점내기가 아니라 열흘 간 준비 잘해서 선수들이 득점을 내서 리드를 챙기는 경기를 만들어 봤으면 좋겠다는 개인적인 바람입니다.
도미니카가 그나마 세트를 가져올 만한 팀인데 도미니카도 한국을 그나마 해볼 상대라고 생각할테니... 문제는 도미니카는 그래도 브라질 일본 상대로 세트는 가져왔다는거죠. 한국이 객관적으로 제일 약한 팀인건 분명하네요. 실력은 물론 투지와 집녑도 꼴지입니다

I feel like there's nobody intimidating in the team like KYK to push the younger players to do better. Park Jeongah is quite timid and Kim Heejin is a softie. The coach doesn't seem to have the same fire as Lavarini did either.
Hwang Min-kyoung is usually a bit more authoritative as the captain of Hillstate but feels like she's just going with the flow here.
I wish Yang Hyo-jin didn't retire in the same year as KYK and Suji. It's hard to fill such big shoes.
I watched the match and saw that Kang Sohwi had more leadership qualities than captain Park JeongAh
Great points. Individual personalities do play a role as well. There just aren't enough aggressive players which we need. Confident, strong minded players.
Korean needed good setter to improve attacking and blocking too
The coach is the assistant coach of vakifbank and giovanni guidetti’s right hand. this season they won every cup out there including cl and wch and believe me he played a big role in all this. Contrary I believe lavarini is quite overrated. Aside from the olympics he didn’t really do anything? This season with novara lavarini as a coach was horrible. Even the sponsors was at shock lol. Sometimes things just don’t go the way you want. The best explanation would be imo that Korean players aren’t still at that level yet. It could be the game vision or their overall strength or the league idk I hope they become stronger and represent Asian volleyball but they still have a long way to go
@@rinyaaaa5642 Good points, but vakifbank has many of the top players in the world. It's a lot easier for a coach to have success when you have great players, but the korean team has lost most their top stars.

Not only should the players be criticized for reporting this tournament, but KOREAN COACHES should really reflect on themselves and reform themselves. Please study the world volleyball trend. Try following Thai , Japanese volleyball. Are there any korean coaches who watch overseas volleyball? Since they don't see it, they always play volleyball dependent on foreign player in the V-League? If we go like this, there's really no answer. Is it possible for players to suddenly play advanced volleyball in an international competition after playing such volleyball in the V-League for several years? Since middle and high school students, you should teach the basics properly, and please do not exempt from receiving them, but do not play volleyball in a hurry to win with only one person. If there's nothing the Korean coaches feel about this tournament, just drop the coach position. And let's bring a director from abroad. Korean coaches are also over paid for their level, and with that money, they can bring in competent foreign coaches. Please look forward to changes in both players, leaders, KVA, and KOVO.

정말 어디서부터 잘못된건지 리그에서도 본인들 자리 위협하는 선수들 안나오니까 실력은 계속 정체되잇고 국대에서는 김연경 덕분에 스포트라이트 계속 받고 그 실력으로 고참되가면서 연봉은 많이 받고 일단 유망주가 많이 안나오는 한국배구 시스템이 근본적인 문제고 저렇게 큰 점수차로 지고 잇을때 분해하는 모습조차 안보이는게 안타깝네요 그저 세대교체중이니까~~라는 마인드인거 같아보이기도 하고 고참들이 더 책임감 갖고 해주면 좋겟습니다
어쨋든 해외진출을 하면 본인의 실력을 냉정하게 깨닫고 살아남기 위해 뭐라도 해볼텐데 우물안 개구리같이 국내리그에만 잇기 보다는 탑리그가 아니어도 해외진출을 선수들이 많이 해서 기량을 향상시키기 위해 노력을 하야됨

@@hjh4728 ㅋ님 성질 완전 급하시네. 배협이세자르 코치를 기다려준 이유가 뭐겠어요? 여자 최강팀 바키프방크의 코치였으니까. 그리고 외감과는 올림픽을 대비해서 하는 거니까 계약기간은 2년이 넘어요. 김연경 선수의 공백이 2주연습으로 슉 메꿔질 거였으면 뭐하러 외국인 감독까지 고용하면거 공들이겠어요? 적어도 2-3년 걸려서 기초공사부터 다시 할 프로젝트인데 좀만 더 인내심 가져봐요. 님이 건물 짓고 있는데 사장이 2주만에 결과물 들고와라 하면 님도 욕할꺼잖아요.

We can barely see the connection of Korea as a team! They're struggling in all aspects. The only good thing on them is their floor defense and digging skills. Their Italian coach certainly predicted and foreseen this, that's why he no longer renewed his contract and chose Poland because he knows it's a difficult task to rebuild from scratch. All senior/veterans already departed, only their Opposite Kim Hee Jin and the setter left. The Spanish Coach of Korea has to prove himself because this is the first team he's handling as a head coach, if he fails to do so, it will surely damage his career and reputation in Volleyball.

Funny how korean start to dispute the player salaries after losing all matches. Just a month ago, they wanted KVA to raise the woman salary cap🤣.
Raise the foreign player's salary as it should have been done long ago. Imagine putting in all that work and getting paid less than your teammates.
@@yungwells6549 Salary cap is for the local player funds. Foreign player salary is not included in the salary cap. KVA has set that foreign players will get 200k usd for one season. If they recontract for another season there will get 300k. This does not include bonus, round MVP reward etc (same as local player)

As a Korean, I want to be honest. The true face of Korean women's volleyball was hidden by a giant named Kim Yeon-koung. Currently, there are only 16 volleyball clubs in girl's high school in Korea, and the number of students trying to play volleyball is gradually decreasing due to the declining birth rate in Korea.(Korea's birth rate is the lowest in the world right now) If players are unable to join a professional club after graduating from high school, they must either join a low-level vocational team or give up their volleyball career and take on a new path that is completely different from what they have learned. These are the big reasons that make it difficult for students to try volleyball.
maybe that's the reason you guys don't have reliable young players, all the big teams has various players to choose from, you need a big roster of players to compete at world stage, and mind you this is only VNL. imagine every country come with their best roster, I feel like with this current team, Korea would just get bodied here and there.
Many problem in Korean team after many star retired and banned by association, new player needed times to grow may be next year more strong than now
In the major league, Korea got only 7 teams ( 1 added this year) , i agree on the fact that there is a small pool to work with.
Then (i don't know why) all team's opposites are not Korean , this doesn't help either.
On the other hand, they got completely crushed in this matches, either the coach or the players are really missing something ( i cannot tell what).
I just hope they don't lose motivation in the upcoming games.

S. Korea setter is slow and not creative. Many would agree Lee Dayeong, Dingxia, Seki and Momil are different breed of setters. A setter is the main offensive weapon of a volleyball team. He has to take even a bad 1st tough and toss up to a good position for OH to spiker. The setter is similar to a quarter back in american football or point guard in basket ball. He must be creative to run thr offensive of the team.

베테랑들이 아무것도 못하고 있으니 후배들까지 오합지졸되어서 우왕좌왕 심각하네요. 태국도 이번에 세대교체 중인데 베테랑인 아차라퐁과 차츄온이 양쪽 날개에서 중심을 잡아주니까 중국까지 격파했는데 한국팀 좀 심한거 같습니다. 아이돌 팬덤에 파뭍혀서 못해도 우쭈주 이런 분위기에 익숙해졌으니 져도 이기겠다는 투지와 집념도 보이지 않고 일본이 미국3:0으로 잡았는데 이런걸 보고도 자극받지 않을거 같네요. 꿀연봉 국내리그 그리워하다 VNL전패에 전경기 3:0패배라는 대기록 세울까 걱정입니다.
근데 저 아차라폰하고 차추온 핌피차야도 아직 어림ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 우리나라엔 저런 레프트 없다 지금 세계배구보면 여자선수라도 파이프 어택은 필수다 근데 우리나라 렢프는 박어택도 잘 못함 ㅋㅋㅋ키가 작아도 빠르고 탄력좋은.. 볼때마다 이재영이 떠오르기는 하지만 지금부터라도 유소년 육성에 최선을 다해야함.. 지금처럼 배부른배구만 하면 이제 한국배구는 다시 암흑기가 올것임

이건 베테랑이 못해서 후배들도 못하는 그런 차원으로 이해돼야 할 것이 아닌 것 같습니다.
감독이 미국출국 며칠 전에야 한국입국한 것부터가 말이 안되고,
정규리그 마치고 제대로 쉬지도 못한 상태에다가,
하나의 한국팀이긴 하지만 실제로는 각각의 멤버들이 각기 다른 팀에서 차출된 후에 함께 훈련하며 맞춰볼 시간도 너무 부족했고,
서로 연습을 못한 멤버들이 만난지 며칠 되지도 않은 감독과 국제경기, 그것도 상위팀들과 맞붙는다는 건 거기가서 뛰어보면서 상대팀들이 아니라 한국팀 멤버가 한국팀 멤버들을 알아가고, 한국팀 멤버가 한국팀 감독을 알아가는 시간을 갖겠다는 말과 같은 거라 생각합니다.
애초에 신발끈을 묶지 않고 달리기를 하러 나간 거나 마찬가지 상황인거죠.
왜 자꾸 아이돌팬덤 탓을 하시나요? 애초에 배구선수 풀이 그렇게나 부족했던 것을! 이번에 u-18, u-20 까지 같이 뽑아서 탈고교급 선수들도 거기에 차출이 되어버렸는데. 그리고 베테랑들이 10년동안 국대에서 뛴건 후려치기 하시나요? 설마 한경기당 10점 이하로 점수 땄다고 아무것도 한게없다고 그러는 건 아니겠죠? 게다가 김희진, 박정아 선수는 브늘 직전에 수술 받았고 제대로 재활할 시간도 없이 경기뛰는걸요. 염혜선 선수도 도올때부터 손 상태가 정상이 아니었고 리그 경기 반은 쉬었으니 경기감각을 엄청 잃었겠죠. 그 선수들을 대체해줄 만한 사람이 없었던게 본질적 문제 아닌지요?
2019년때보다 윙스파이커들이 스윙스피드, 높이, 빠르기가 다 낮아지긴 했는데 그 이유를 단순히 노력과 정신력 문제로만 일반화시키는것 같아요.
@@Nature_Natural 유럽챔스는 VNL시작 일주일전에 끝났습니다. 그래서 세르자감독 4일 전에 합류한거구요. 리그 끝나지 얼마 되지 않았다, 몸상태가 나쁘다 체력적으로 힘들다 이런 핑계 그만하세요. 다른 나라 국가대표들은 모두 편하게 쉬다가 훈련 2-3달 서로 맞춰서 최상의 컨디션으로 참가했나요? 유독 한국만 핑계 구구절절..... 아이돌팬덤의 끝없는 감싸기... 이렇게 망가진겁니다. 성적이 저조하면 질책받고 비난도 받고 그 러면서 성장하는겁니다. 4전 전패에 1세트도 따지 못했는데 국내리그끝난지 얼마 안됐다 몸상태가 말이 아니다 이런 핑계는 정말 안닌것 같습니다. 못한건 인정하고 비난도 받고 다시 일어서고 그렇세 성장해서 어서 1세트, 1승 따길 바랍니다. 대한민국 여자배구

팀을 만들어 가는 과정은 힘이 들고 어렵습니다. 이번 대회 파란을 일으키는 태국의 세르비아, 중국 전 승리, 일본의 미국전 완승은 동양 배구가 우선은 블로킹으로 바운스하고 정확한 위치에서 상대공격을 디그하고 빠르게 반격을 하는 스피드와 조직력이 가장 필요한 부분이라는 사실을 알려줍니다.. 바닥에서 올라가는 과정이 나중에 큰 힘이 되는 것처럼 1-2년 이상 시간이 필요합니다. 모든 선수들이 건강하게 VNL 시리즈에서 플레이하기를 기대합니다. 응원 ***
그래도 어느정도 국대라면 투지라도 있어야죠 이건 뭐 하고자하는 의지가 없어보임
