Omgoodness we need to continue the conversation. I love this conversation and I’m all for therapy. I deal with this daily. I’ve always had friends but now I feel like I’m alone. I’m so grateful that my granddaughters school has bought in a therapist to do groups of six to work on their social emotional development.

My sentiments exactly! I am definitely a fragrance girl. From my body to my home, it Must smell amazing! When I cook, I open up all the windows to get the food smell out because I don't want people to guess if I make fish or chicken for dinner the night before, LOL!😂

As someone who does not get pedicures, something you might enjoy are foot peels. It’s a chemical peel for your feet that you do at home. First week nothing happens, second week dead skin falls off. Baby’s bottom I tell you!
My thoughts exactly people should be mindful of what they're dumpling on other people. Not everyone is equipped to handle certain situations. that's why there are therapist go see one.

I just want to say I definitely needed this. Since fully working remote the last several years, I definitely stopped dressing the part and putting my best image out there. But girl working from home and have 4 girls (3 of them are 6 and under) I just don’t have the time or effort to invest in myself. But that was one of my goals for this year to start dressing up more (no t shirt and leggings).
Don't be so hard on yourself. We women are damned if we do and damned if we don't. I can only imagine what it's like with three little girls vying for your attention - if you manage to dress up then great. If you don't then that's fine too ❤.
I am trying to do my makeup even if mascara whenever I leave to feel put together. I do press on nails too but want to get pedis once a month. I get waxed monthly but want to try laser but do you go to a specific laser or do you go to laseraway.
