Hey Harrie, good to hear from you... the crazy part, version 1.1 would not work, but version 1.0 did... took me a while to work it out., and to find version 1.0 . The weather version i trimmed down as it was too much information. simple weather and date was good enough.

Cine-Lights hello manny, I downloaded your code and compared it with the one i have used in my project. Really impressed that you trimmed iT down. I can't put my finger on it what you have altered. I see that you have altered minor things in the code but I don't make a connection with what it Has to do with the humidity and the left bottom and right bottom temperature that is not vissible on your matrix??? Kudos!
I think I am going to use your code for my project, it is a litle smoother on the eyes. I am stil working on my project with the 9 matrices. A lot of work. Oh yeah, I think you have left your api code in the morphing clock ino file. Mayby sensible to take it out? Other people could use it.
      Greetzz Harrie

@@harriebosgraaf2977 Hey Harrie, thanks for the info... i have just updated the code without my details. been so busy lately, so a rushed video. the edits were quite simple. instead of rewriting the code so it did not take the info. i just changed the display value to the colour black. that way its not shown.

Can you help with selecting the right 8266 module? I'm confused over the 32meg is that megabytes or megabits? Also do we need the CP2102 or CH340G? If you could link to something that works from Amazon, ebay or Aliexpress it would help.

Nice clock and pleasant to eyes. But it would be nice if you include temperature sensor instead of online weather api to show accurate temperature.

anything compatible with the esp8266, almost always works with esp32, but since it uses older libraries it might not
