I'd like to know this too. How many vehicles around involved? How many water bottles used? It seems a bit confusing? Who covers the costs of everything? Et. Etc

Why do soigneurs insist on holding the bidon in a non release position , ie when the rider snatches at the bidon it should release from the open palm instead of pushing it into the palm

Question: Do you change team meals based on the stage profiles? Mountain stages a different meal than a flat stage? Thanks.
For mountain stages, goat cheese is served instead of cow cheese to improve climbing abilities. Both bread and Oatly cappuccino are prepared with larger air bubbles to make the riders lighter.
Can we get a car tour? How are those electric cars working for you? What are the logistics of using an electric instead of an ICE car for this kind of job?
how many bidons does a team go through in the whole tour
Pretty tough job especially all those long days and for half of the year. And their salaries aren’t great. I wonder if they get paid in USD or Euros?
