@AmberMelanieSmith I would personally like some more fundraising tips for this year. Oh I also would like to learn more ok using chat gpt for nonprofits. Budgeting tips because budgeting is so hard (your course helped me big time) oh i would love tips on how to approach people and ask for different things for your nonprofit. I have a lot of anxiety about approaching for people for their help or expertise so maybe some tips on that! Thank you for all your hard work into helping us change makers!

Congratulations on the next step of your life journey. Very happy for you amen. I used to work for a non profit in Texas affiliated with Feed America. I used to train and supervise volunteers and correctional inmates/Trustees. The experience gave a different perspective of how to accomplish the fulfillment of people's needs outside of the traditional capitalism business model. After wrestling with business vs non-profit as a foundational system I had decided a year or so back to commit to a charitable spirit of life. The internal war within was definitely difficult. As you say "Change The World Or Bust." It's definitely "all in" to be honest with one's self and I finally chose to dedicate myself to charity works. I've had to apply that spirit to all my works going and am happier and healthier for it. I'd really like to see you make a video on your thoughts, views and discoveries on the internal beliefs, convictions, personality types and life experiences etc(if it even plays a part) in people who start and operate successfull non-profits. But only if that's something you're interested in lol. May Not even be your cup of tea as far as that topic. As far as waring personal spirits between business/capitalism vs non-profit a few stories come to mind: Shark Tank Kevin Oleary saying a non-profit interferes with the very DNA of a business. Tom's business vs charity and their outcome. And the war well won story of Microsoft ex-Exec John Wood who founded "Room to Read" etc. Great points of view and interesting outcomes. I love this! This is so helpful. I am applying to be an ED, with little ED experience but a lot of experience being on a board member of two different non-profits. These videos really helped me grow more understanding of this amazing and impactful career.
