Surely a new manager will want their say on new players, departing players and staff. Is Craig influencing these decisions right now?
I disagree that Lampard is a name... Well not internationally anyway... He may be well known in the UK and some young English players have probably heard of him but I guarantee the target market for young players on the continent will not have a clue who he is so there'll be no advantage what so ever in buying players from mainland Europe with him in charge... Even my 18 year old son asked me if Lampard was a decent player lol.
He was one of the main players in the England side from like 2002 to 2012. I’m not having that he isn’t know internationally mate sorry haha. Represented us at world cups, euros, won champions leagues with Chelsea and Premier Leagues.

Most young players from the Continent won't have a clue who he is... I go abroad a lot and when I'm talking football with people in those countries, the younger one's usually don't have a clue who the older English stars are who got to a world cup quarter-final 20 years ago 🤔

When the initial news was Bellamy was leaving Burnley before VK took the Bayern job, then Bellamy stays at Burnley, was it ever confirmed they’d had some sort of falling out? I was really surprised Bellamy didn’t follow him to Bayern in honesty.
