yes as per this year for the IIT Guwahati the criteria is : Mathematics for at least two years/four semesters in your BSc, but this may vary every year so you can directly contact to the institute..
Sir I have done Msc mathematics from Mumbai university per mera c.g.p.i bhot low hai 5.38,ab mujhe kuch nhi samjh ra ,me kya karuuu
1. You can take admission in MSc in Mumbai university itself in some autonomous college and prepare for CSIR net exam for phd in good Institute
2. You can appear for the IIT JAM 2025 but before that check the eligibility criteria of the institute including iits, nits and other participating Institute since your cgpa is low.
3. If you want to go for job in data science etc then you can join IIT Madras BSc in data science course it is good one you can give it a try along with you Msc in Mumbai university.

some IITs/NITs need u to know the programming it is eligibility criteria..and some will teach you in 1st sem. So it is better to learn it.
