PCP 60s- Semi-Automatic Cartoning Machine

PCP 60 is a Semi-automatic cartoning machine for tubes, blisters, bottles, both for pharma & non pharma division.
The process of the machine starts with the vacuum suction that pull the carton on the rotary conveyor which first check the bar code/ pharma code on the carton with the help of camera placed on the machine then the mechanical assembly for closer of carton from bottom, then directs the towards the leaflet insertion unit where the is a camera to detect the bar code/ pharma code on the leaflet, after the leaflet are inserted then the area come where you have manually feed the products in the carton the it directs towards the sensor that check the availability of products in carton then the top assemble for closer of carton from top come & get the carton sealed & directs towards the exit conveyor where the products are given clearance with rejection system in conveyor.
