To change the sound it makes when it opens you press the top right corner of the hello kitty button (the bow) and change the profile. Silent turns off the noise it makes and outdoor is louder, general is the drippy noise :)

I've added all the numbers and even though I've saved them with contact names when I get a text it comes up with the number and not the contact name, yet with a phone call I see the contact name? There's these little arrows pointing that say I think open and lock. Slide it in the open direction and it will pop open. Put the card in, close the metal thing and slide it back to lock
This is a very cute phone but in the USA this phone doesn’t work to make phone calls, text or even listen to the radio.. T-Mobile SIM card does not work on this phone.

We tried, & we found out that you can put music files on the memory card in a folder called "Music" and the phone recognized it, but only when we went to the file manager & not the music player. hope this helps.

This happened to us too, it wouldn't turn on, then we saw a tiny piece of tape on the battery, took it off, & was working good after that.
