Thnx for very personal vlog presentation 👍. You have truly a long ride indeed. When thinking all that food and drinks taken on your trip, regarding the total calory intake, no wonder that so many biz men give an impression of overweight. Soon they need to start weighting all passagers. In order to get the plane in air. Haha. Singapore is among the top 3 in Skytrax's yearly reviews. For a reason. Thnx for sharing 👍. Happy landings!
Another brilliant video…. You really do know how to live onboard a aircraft and in the lounge. Looking forward to seeing the next instalment…. The 15 quid in tescos was by far the best bit, we cracked up !
Excellent commentary again. I agree with the length of the seats. Flew business and first Perth - New York return and at 6’5”, the A350 business was very tight. Came back on the 777, first - much better, but I still could touch the end. 1st world problem I know.
Without a shadow of doubt, my best flying experience, was on a Singapore airlines A380 MEL-SIN-CDG rtn. 4 flights, zero flaws. Big shout out to the flight crew.
Flew business class from Sydney to Munich return last month, found the angled footwell terrible, service was just average, the lounge in Singapore was very overcrowded, and a special thanks to the Indian family whose children screamed in their high pitched angelic voices for the full 8 hours, and the crew who offered us ear plugs seven hours in
Another cracking video. Love your humour. The bit about Oz Clark turning in his grave - “but he doesn’t have one yet” cracked me up! Spotted the Withnail nods too 😊
Loved your video! Just wanted to ask flying Business class is the cabin noisy whilst trying to sleep? I always have issues with people in Business class are way too noisy!!
I didn't mind the A350 regional set up to Melbourne. The newish A380 seat with SIA is very good but I did find the seat very firm and a bit uncomfortable after about 8 hours. We were fortunate enough to get amenity kits (Penhaligons) on all of our SIA flights, but had to ask. Wife was given 2 first class toys after she got talking and sharing photos of cats with crew 🙂
Going business class return from Adelaide to Singapore on 787-10 then 380-800 to London in May 24. I hope they dont give me a 4 drink limit like another airline gave me from Cairns to Adelaide. 😏🇦🇺🇦🇺
Great job, buddy! Planning a trip to Singapore in 2025. I'm probably flying from London on the A380 again. Any options: British Airways, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways, or direct flight with Singapore Airlines or Qantas? What do you recommend? Maybe something else? P.S. The only ones we haven't flown yet are Etihad and Qantas.
Singapore biz seats are horrendous. Much better off flying new BA suites. Singapore airlines is not what it used to be. Whilst BA service might not be as good, the flatbed/new suite wins hands down. Singapore airlines has terrible small space for your feet.....VERY uncomfortable
...just dont fly BA Econ. In July flew with them, in the cheap seats, on a round trip, with my wife to Singapore. Even though i booked bulkhead seats , where the legroom is endless, the seats were terrible, unbelievably narr . The in flight ents were rotten , i didnt watch amything either way..and you cannot see out of any window, from those seats. Cabin staff..meh. Food..sh1te and a lovely 2 hour delay on departing Heathrow..the cabin was tropical. I was too mean to pay Prem Econ, but i wish i had now. Spent a total of 27 hours on board and hated every, single minute. Never again Econ long haul..esp BA. Kid you not that the Jet 2, i flew to Croatia was far better.
Throughly enjoyed your review . That is a brilliant voice you have, but be careful to check some of your Chinese city pronunciations before issuing your blogs. Having been to Ipoh in Malaysia that is definitely not how it’s pronounced! Being pedantic again you can’t get Pouilly Fuisse wine in Tesco. Believe me I’ve looked !You can only get Pouilly Fume which is the Sauvignon Blanc version as opposed to the Chardonnay which is more like £30 at Majestic wines.
He's having a joke about ipoh....my father used to fly between spore and ipoh with the RAF back in the 50's and they called it Ipooh too. It's an old colonial joke.
@@frostysfreeway2320 My late wife was Chinese Malaysian whose home town was Sitiawan which is near to Ipoh and I also visited her relatives in Ipoh. So believe I know how it’s pronounced in English !

Singapore Airlines, just like Cathay pacific are trading on former glory. That is an inferior business class product in comparison to the privacy of suites available on Qatar and ANA for example. Even good old Qantas will be offering private suites on its A350-10 planes when Project Sunrise commences in 2025. Give me some cracking Aussie humour and wit anytime over the fake hospitality you get with SIA.
Best flight video I have seen in a long time. Not to serious but informative at the same time. Keep it up
Very humorous commentary and brilliant video with clear resolution.
Always great to have another of your hilarious videos!

Taking this flight next March first time flying business, very glad I've forked out the money for it now it looks great!
how was your experience! did it met/exceed your expectations? im flying for new years w this too for the first time hope it's worth it~
"by tossers with big balls" coffee choked on. Wasn't expecting that.
Thanks for showing us the cheap seats. That's where I will be later this year on the same route but I depart nearer midnight. Enjoying your video.
Excellent production, both informative and entertaining. Well worth the watch. Thanks!

I’d have to complete a minimum of 6 months of eating and drinking training prior to accompanying you on a flight. 😂

We finally see the face behind the voice 🙂. Entertaining video as always.
Indeed, makes the whole video more personal.
And one of the few YTs that enjoys their spirits and wines and can review them with some aplomb.
I do miss the old Raffles Class, but nice to see they still offer similar meals and service. The Singapore girls still look the same though
I really enjoyed this video, thank you.
Love your work 👍
Preferred little show! Thanks.
Having discovered this channel recently , have to say i rather like it, thus i have just subbed..chin chin.
Amazing evaluation of 😢Singapore Airlines A380 . Can’t wait to fly one if A380 still around when I’m old enough to fly them. 😅
Always enjoy the video……and always…..impressed/ flabbergasted (delete as applicable!) by the volume of alcohol consumed!

I flew in the SIA A380 from Sydney to Singapore last month in Business Class. Great service but I did find the seats very hard after a while.
you obviously had taken enough hosptality to numb yourself!

Great review and commentary. Amenity kits on SIA are available on request from the flight attendants.
Is the BC lounge open after midnight in Singapore ?

Ipoh is pronounced Epoh. No doubt others have already mentioned it, though.
Yes, he knows, he was just being funny. My father used to fly RAF spore/ipoh back in the 50's and that's what they jokingly called it back then
3:53 For a second, I was incredibly concerned you were going to spill the Taittinger.
Thank you for the video content - very nice - That city " IPOH" you pronounced ''eye poo'' is pronounced correctly as ""ee po' '
Jut one addition - bar for cocktails is only open from 5.30pm - so no more breakfast cocktails..Shame.
Why didn't you stay at Changi airport crown Plaza?
I'm never get time to enjoy it: I arrived late, and was leaving early. Only real option was to stay airside. And there's still a nice pool...
