talha ruim. falta rolamentos no eixo principal.
Anyone with a bit of practical experience could take it apart but how did you know how to put it back together?! I have three old chain blocks/hoists. They all work but one tends to stick so I'd like to fix it. It would be nice to restore them all. The big one has a worm gear
I'm going to try, but I'm taking pictures as I disassemble...
Cool video, lovely to watch. Keep it up bro👌👌
oh yes thank you

"NEVER" connect the hook back on your chain, when you lift something...first thing you learn in any factory, where they use this tools. You can damage a link!!
how?
on the other hand that was only like 50kg, that wound do anything to the chains
That must be for very weak chain. As a flatbedder you have to hook back to the chain, that's how load securement happens. Hooks chains and binders. Hauled equipment, metal coils, rods, shapes, all kinds of stuff. A single 8' dia 20k# gear for Smith and Wesson in Springfield. Impossible to not hook back to the chain. And chains stay on the truck until they rust....
Where is the punch on gear wheels .
Ola
Cant call this a restoration. Paint over old sht, so it will not show. Didn't sandblast or anything. And the worst part- at the time you use it, it allready rusts again!!!
Paint job is aweful
Such a poor restoration, is your paint run out
