I think it would have been Catra who carried Finn. Even though my head seems to think it would have been Adora cause I can imagine pregnant Adora way easier than pregnant Catra, when we look at it realistically I think they'd have to take She-Ra into account. With Adora being the host of a ridiculously powerful being, I think they would have played it safe and not put Adora or Finn at risk of some kind of unpredictable, magical whoosh happening to Adora's body because of the pregnancy. Also, just imagine She-Ra on pregnancy hormones. She'd _definitely_ throw that tank this time, friend or not. So yeah, I think it would have been Catra to carry and give birth. Seems like the safer option for everyone.
