Can you compare the flo app to clue app. (I've been a clue user for a few years now) Can you import data into the Flo app?
embracetheasian yeah u can, you can write your own side notes, u can say the mood you were in, of u had a stomach ache, cramps acne. How much water you drank, exercise, sleep, and yeah pretty much anything lol. They have a lot of options for you to tell how u felt that day and then it tells u information on maybe why u felt that way or how drinking that much water or sleeping that much can help u
On the clue app when it predicts your next period is it accurate?

Edit- it must of just got released for my verson of my phone to try it.

I love the Flo app. When I wasn't on birth control (don't recommend) I was able to track my ovulation cycles and it was helpful for intercourse. Also helps for when going to the doctor and they ask "when was your last period?" Now I don't have to guess ha

That's the app I use! I'm currently using the pregnancy mode it's great for both periods and pregnancies.

You should see if the creators of the app can add in the ability to track collection method and how much a person collects (mostly for cups). It would be nice to see those without having to use notes, which I know is an option, but being able to track it would be a bonus!

i have tried flo and clue and i have to say i like clue better. yes you can track more things on flo but i feel like clue is way more organized and has a better overview. and if the lack of track options is a problem you can add anything you want to track, like symptoms or whatever in clue too!
when do you stop logging your period? is it until discharge no longer contains blood? a little amount of blood will still count a day to log?

Flo is my favorite period app, always has been. It's so easy to understand and it's informs you on everything. I've tried so many other apps and this is the easiest/ understandable and most beneficial one ive used

I've been using Flo for about a year and a half. I love it. Since my cycle is sooo all over the place, I don't use it to predict my period because it's just so unpredictable. I do use it to estimate my ovulation though. I love the graphs feature. I like being able to look back and see how greatly my cycle varies in the form of a chart. It's very easy to use and out of all similar apps I've tried, Flo is by far the best.
I've used Flo for years and I love it! I am glad it is getting some love. I've also really enjoyed the interface that they have created. Great video Kelli!

I love love love this app. I found it sometime last year and then it helped me find out when I was pregnant and it was a great pregnant app as well. Now back on it as a period app and it even gives me info now about my baby and eating and everything. It's so darn amazing.
Downloaded Flo, it told me my period was going to start in 2 days :/ not impressed, lol 😂
Just a heads up, the ability to log how your discharge was for the day is also related to the fertility awareness method of birth control. Basically you track your basil temp first thing before you get up, monitor discharge, and symptoms so you know when you are fertile, ovulating, etc.
Personally I really love clue! But I tried flo and it’s super nice! I still prefer clue though ^^

Being well into peri-menopause i will give it a try. I started peri-enopause about thee age of 40 so even if it just trackec on and off days

The only unfortunate things about the app is the stupid amount of pop-ups, and the fact you NEED to be 13+

I love Flo! I've been using it since the beginning of the year and like you said it's so easy to use and so helpful. Also thank you Kelli for all your honest period videos I really love them and wish I knew about all the different products when I was younger. I've only been following you for about 2 months, and I think you are great. I started with some cloth period pads and then want to try everything else.

Hey Kelli, Have you ever considered doing a review on different ways and tips/tricks to disinfect/clean your cups? I went through a few different methods before finding one I liked. At first I boiled in a mine in a pot, but didn't like doing that - so then I microwaved it in a silicone cup that said it was to disinfect the cups in the microwave, but it was too small (And overflowed). So finally I ended up with a travel silicone bowl (for camping) that I found that is big enough it does not overflow in the microwave. Something like that could be a useful video for people new to using cups!

Yay! I'm so excited you went with Flo! I was really hoping you'd do this one because I have really loved it.
I have used period tracker since 2011. It knows me so well. The nice thing is, you can backup your period info, probably with all the apps. That way if you change phones, you don't lose your info. Also they probably have widgets, so you can see at a glance how soon your period is coming.
I've used the Flo app before but I highly recommend Eve. I've been using it for a year now and in my personal opinion, it's the most fun/pretty interface, easy to use and accurate period tracker. There's a HUGE community so all questions you may have are answered. Some stories/questions are quite funny as well. it's great

Funny I just started using this app for my cycle. I don't know that I like it though. It's good for tracking my periods but that's it so far
I've been using this app for about a year now. I love it. It's probably my 4th or 5th period app that I've tried. I'm glad it worked well for you and hey, an accommodating company, that's awesome.
Thank you for this video. I just turned 40, and my body is changing so rapidly, I can hardly keep up. I was jotting things down in my journal with no consistency. This makes life so much easier. And it imports info from my calorie counter app, so I don't have to track that twice. I love it!
What's funny is when you brought up wanting to use a period tracker in the other video I was like I should probably do that! Busy life and I have a hard time keeping up with things. I looked all through the different apps and I ended up using the flo app. Made me smile when I saw u went with this one as well😁!
I've had this app for over 2 years and have loved it. do you women to discharge while they are on their period? if so, how can you tell? do women only discharge while their ovulating?
I love how you are spreading honest information to women, it's much needed. I for one have learned everything I need. I would love to learn more about condoms and other "natural" birth control. I heard there was a reusable male condom on the market... Also, can you use the soft cups as condoms or does that count as birth control, I mean how likely are you to get pregnant while on your period, right? Omg, period sex is so taboo.
I used the app for about 2 years n loved it but suddenly it stopped giving me reminders. I dont know what happened but it caused trouble for me. Im now using clue but i liked flo better

This app looks super neat! I used to use a period tracker and quite enjoyed it but stopped using it after I got on birth control. However this app seems like it could be useful to use because it tracks a plethora of things and highlights aspects of your health. Thanks for reviewing this for us Kelli!

How do you make flo stop your period like to say you've finished
i’ve been using flo for about 2 years now and for about a year i’ve been trying to try other apps like clue and eve and so far flo is the only one that has been most accurate, i’ve also only had my period for about two years so it’s still not completely regular.
Glad you love flo, that's the one I use. I really love the app and its so helpful for me, even when I'm irregular.

Loved this app. Used it for 1yr or more, then it started putting weird ads and spam on my phone. Had to delete it. 😔
I tried several ones and chose Flo after a couple of months. I use Sleep as Android as an alarm and Flo can get the amount of time I slept automatically.
Ohhh, they have added LP phase options. Not quite as short as I need them but it's a step up from when I had it last.
Flo is great even if you have not had ur period for the first time because the first time u get ur period you can track it in log period
I'm not sure it's as great on Android. I am not seeing all the same things you showed. I'll have to play with it more.
I use whatever app! I am not really loyal, they pretty much all do what they do as far as cycles and whatnot.

I love the FLO app for Apple! I have used it since I had my second baby...about nine months ago. It has been so helpful in getting back on track with tracking my period and charting after not having my period for nine months due to my pregnancy. I've used other apps and find this app to be more personable and intuitive and easy to use!

I use this an have done for quite a few periods the only thing that annoys me about this app is my period isn't the same every months I've an iud so some months my period lasts 4 days an some it lasts 9 days. You can't change the amount of days or how long your period is or I just don't know how it asks at the start how long your period is an then that's it. My periods been messed up for about 3 yrs now an I'm putting my foot down 😂 sick of all my pretty knickers getting destroyed lol
you can! When you are on your "homepage" or day of, just tap the LOG PERIOD button that is red under where it says how many days until your next peroid! My last month's period was two days longer so I had to manually add in my period twice :)
