Great video and thanks for that, but there is only ONE way to move your CW forward and that's by getting on the air. 100%. Even at a slow speed. It's all cool. Just do it. On the air...
Nice illustration of the QSO with thee Vband robot. One thing you didn't mention is how you interfaced your key with the computer. Did you use the one Ham Radio Solutions sells on their website?
hi. i realise this vid is old now but maybe you still monitor comments as i have only just found it. did you have the v-band adaptor for your key? or did you use some other method to for the key to work with the program? thanks redders m5act
you can buy the vband adapter or make one yourself with a microcontroller, all the adapter does is pretend to be a USB keyboard that sends two different keys (the left and right ctrl keys).
Thanks Barry for the demonstration of v-band wow 73s G0HDA

Thanks for the demo and explanation. I haven't operated CW for a long time (licensed 1958), looking forward to QSO with a roboplaymate. 73 de AB5XZ
How do you connect your key to this V band or your computer?
There is a USB connector for your key on sale in their shop.
Nice one, I've just built a Morserino, still learning, I'll use the QSO-bot once I'm good enough. 👍🏻
