thanks Emily, the reports are important part of admin's live but l always tell my users that l am definitely not an expert and l like to just get into works, toggle filters, move groups, until report starts showing me data l want to see hahah l can never just create a matrix from the top of my head :D

Is there a way to change the record count in the report to percentage? For example, I am trying to see percentage based on the stage of the opportunities - sorted by sales person. I cant seem to figure out how to change that in the matrix.

How do you create a report /dashboard for Sales that shows Actual Sales Vs Budget on a monthly and quarterly basis. Pls advise.

You would create multiple reports probably one for monthly sales and another for quarterly. Then do the same for the budget (I am not sure what object you are pulling that from) and bring those together into a dashboard.
