I love that there are so many Crimewatch fans on here. It's a shame that Henrick Hanssen has turned his comments section off as I love to read other peoples theories and updates on the crimes shown.
Yes, I noticed that as well, not sure why he did that, but I like reading all the comments posted, as it keeps us updated with all information regarding all such cases
@user-vv6ur1bu1y some of the crimes committed against innocent people, in fact probably all of them, are truly horrific, and defy belief, I only hope everyone of the deceased families gets to see justice before its too late
Used to love settling down at 9pm on the one Tuesday in the month to watch CWUK. It seemed to go on all night long back then. But it was only an hour, plus the short update after the news at 10. But it really did feel like it was on for hours.
Now this is most definitely an early Christmas treat, the regular crimewatch uk postings by the number 1 TH-cam heavyweight CHAMPION, Sir Redcard74.......
@NancyDrewe Oh no, not course we could never forget AndyJS, as between him and Redcard74, I think they covered all episodes from 1984, up to when it changed formula, and when it ceased, Henrik Hansen, and a few other whom I can't remember all their names
@theculturedthug6609 if you mean crimewatch uk itself, then I do believe there was some episodes of it some weeks back, at 10.00am in the mornings, but its really nothing like the original series that ran from 1984 to around 2015/16, as I believe back in its infancy days, it was grittier, raw and hard-hitting, even the original music was scary, when they changed the format of the program, viewings declined, the presenters kept changing, and nothing was the same again.....
What a flashback, haven't seen this one for years, but I remember the moment where the guy with a balaclava on was just standing motionless in the woman's house, one of the creepiest all time scenes, up there with the best of them.
That Marion Croft case is definitely familiar to me. Think I saw a video about it within the last year as it was recently solved. Wasn't there an army barracks nearby & it was someone stationed there?
Thank goodness he was caught. No doubt he has been released by now. So wrong these wicked people have another chance at life. RIP Marion🥀@@ThePrincessnady1
For Jessies murder Peter Tobin is suspected as he was living near at the time. Jessie had told her Mum she'd met a middle aged Scottish guy just before she disappeared.
The robbery reconstructions terrify me. I can't imagine what it feels like for real. Why use so much violence when they are armed..I've never understood that.
I thought it was only me that thought that South East counties like (specifically) Sussex, Kent & Surrey were highly featured throughout the original CW broadcast run
Yes because of the thousands of crime watch fans from around the world and the fact he posted so many in a short space of time it alerted the copyright police. Least we got to see them. God bless 🙏🏿
For heaven’s sake, what on earth is a young girl doing walking around in the small hours alone and half drunk? Talk about putting yourself in harm’s way.
Aside from the part about her being drunk, many people, male & female, walk around at that time to get to work. It's a risk & I wouldn't do it, but we should be able to do it without some monster attacking us...... .....And let's face it, rapes occur at all hours. Plenty featured on CWUK happening in the afternoon. Can't even be safe as a recluse because they can get into your house. We just have to live our lives & be as safe as possible.
That really was the norm back in the late 20th century and early 00s. Sure it was risky, but many didn't think badly of possible scenarios or risks back then. I used to stay out all night sometimes with friends or walk alone late. People are far more cautious nowadays

Yep, I've never understood why he shut off comments, engagement helps videos
That's why I don't watch his stuff.
Thank you so much, Redcard. It’s amazing how happy a new Crimewatch upload can make me! And, hello to all the old Crimewatch gang! ❤️
It's great to see you back Redcard! Thanks very much for these two uploads.
Good to see you back.....
Used to be shit scared of this music as a kid 😂
It was the sketches for me 😅
It was both the sketches and the music for me, especially the music from the earlier shows lool

Really enjoying these episodes, been looking for some of the 2000 ones for ages. Many thanks redcard74.

Is it just me or does Brighton feature on Crimewatch quite often?
Seems that’s way yes
I thought it was only me that thought that South East counties like (specifically) Sussex, Kent & Surrey were highly featured throughout the original CW broadcast run
To be fair they are the most populated areas. But they ha featured some remote areas too
@@fmensah8581Yes, and also the East Anglia area as well. You know Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk way popped up loads

Did the hit and run killing of Emma Holly ever get solved?
Yes, a man was convicted in December 2000 for manslaughter - turns out he was severely short-sighted and was driving that day without his glasses on.
Does anyone know why fanedit stopped uploading videos?
He may have received a copyright strike?
Because 16:36

She should be able to walk around day or night and not get attacked. Don’t blame the victim, blame the violent scum bag

@AACE73 most attackers are known to the victim, usually a partner, stranger attacks are very rare.
