Fruit is always such a refreshing palette cleanser when you've been consuming a lot of salty/savory/spicy dishes for a long while. I know SAS is probably relaxing to the cold crisp juices of the fruit, it really does just make your body relax and make your mind go to a happy place. My favorite way to eat fresh strawberries is dipping them in a little plain Greek yogurt, then into brown sugar. I use Swerve now and it's perfection. Those look amazing!
