You should try this trigger: Get a notebook with the spring thing in the middle(that holds the papers together) and get a pencil. Then slowly go over the spring thingy with the pencil. It's suuuper relaxing

I myself won't biologically have kids because I have a genetic disorder that would be downright child abuse to pass on to a kid. To be fair overpopulation is one of the most serious issues we are facing in the modern world but it never gets talked about because no politician would ever want to come forward and say "Vote for me and I'll ban you from having kids" because they'd never get voted, so instead we'll just slowly deplete the world's resources and living spaces until society breaks apart 👍

Keep up the training- training is crucial to having a healthy, happy, well behaved dog. Definitely speak to a professional behavioralist and your vet. Some dogs need medication for anxiety and that, combined with training may change everything. We have a very neurotic rescue dog, who used to be very aggressive towards other dogs after being rescued- but now, with alprozolam daily and training- we are able to go to the dog park! You don't want the dog /child/small animal reactivity to get worse- and it can DEFINITELY improve with training.
Even though we all might not know the true Sharon, I think we could agree you’re a little more selfless than you think when it comes to helping a lot of us sleep better each night :) appreciate the constant videos and quality... and sleep too!

Asia, Africa and South America are overpopulated as f*ck, while North America, Europe, etc aren't that populous really.
