i have been listening to asmr for well over 4 years now and without a doubt i can tell you this video is the first one to make me tingle!! when you started walking through the breathing exercises i felt this intense tingling feeling all over my body and it was amazing!! +1

I listen to this every night lately. It’s just the perfect amount of click and swoosh from the mic covers. There’s nothing annoying or abrupt. I literally never hear the end of this video as I’m always asleep before the end. Thank you! I put it in a playlist by itself so no ads come on after and it doesn’t go into other videos.
