I don't think he's underrated but I do think that he thumbed his nose at the industry and if you really understand who and what then you know why it's the way it is. I mean FFS the Billboard joke of a list they just dropped doesn't even have him listed. At all. As far as I'm concerned he's easily top five and for me probably top three. Probably top two...I was twenty when Tupac was killed. I still miss his gift. Almost daily.
