Miraflores is like South delhi..I have been to peru in March this year from 19 March to 25 March. I came from bogota to peru by 3 hour plane ride.i felt its so much expensive than colombia..

In India the pricing is totally depends upon area. In my place oranges are sell not in kg but in pairs. You will get around 20+ pairs of local oranges or 15-20 nos of Bhutanese oranges in my hometown...

Come on!! When you visit New York in 3 days do you spend time in Manhattan or Road Island? When you go to Rome, do you spend time in downtown or in the neighborhood of Parioli? Of course, turíst people have only a few days to visit a big city, or make a lot of sense they visit touristic areas first such as Miraflores, Barranco or San Isidro
I would be better if you learn some basics. If you stay within the touristic places you ll fine with English. But a lot of people don't know English at all.
