    This channel might be one of the best things that has ever happened on the internet. The quality of animation, narration, writing, music... It's far beyond what any other educational channel has ever achieved, and it somehow keeps getting better with time. I have nothing but massive respect for whoever is running this spectacle. Also Bobcat9 and Votd66 you guys are celebrity love the misunderstanding lol.

    In the beginning of this, the narrator speaks of Edwin Hubble’s great discovery, but doesn’t mention that he used the work of Henrietta Levitt. She is the one who figured out how to measure distance in deep space, using the brightness of a specific type of star, and is one of the unsung heroes of science.

She has been airbrushed out of history same as Rosalind Franklin who’s x Ray photo was the real reason Crick and Watson discovered the DNA Sequence. Also the actress Hedy Lamar invented a electric frequency that is used today for the smartphone. It was also a woman that invented the modern burglar alarm system. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼But apart from that the rest of them are nagging old witches. 😂😂😂

To paint a "Picture" for you, the new Movie "Oppenheimer" follow the EXACT SAME TRADITION this video does, by "forgetting" to mention names of unsung heroes. The fact that we exist does not lead to the question that "can the universe exist without us?" What we can say is that we experience the universe as humans. So although the universal laws may stay the same our experience of them will be unique. Other life forms will experience it differently, even here on earth. Objective reality means that our universe exists whether we are here or not.

    I don't understand the pressure on Venus, they say the pressure would crush us, then turn around and say if we took a leap on Venus we would go about 10 feet in the air and softly float back to the surface; what's it gonna be, float or crushed.

    • @dekuuchiha9990

      Less gravity than Earth but greater atmospheric pressure(about 90x that of Earth).

    • @skwerleyz
      @skwerleyz ปีที่แล้ว +4

      You'd get crushed. But if you didn't, and could somehow jump, ignoring air resistance, you'd float. Gravity and atmospheric pressure are related but not intrinsic, it's density is also due to the composition of gasses. Same way pressure is less on a mountain than in a valley on earth and water boils at diff temps. It's just a much, much harsher gradient.

      Galaxies and tornadoes are vastly different in scale and composition. Galaxies are massive, gravitationally bound systems of stars, dust, and gas, spanning hundreds of thousands of light-years. In contrast, tornadoes are localized atmospheric phenomena on Earth, with lifespans of mere hours and diameters of up to a few kilometers.
      While both involve rotation, the forces at play are fundamentally different. Galaxies rotate due to the conservation of angular momentum during their formation, while tornadoes arise from atmospheric pressure differences and instabilities.

    The universe has to be infinite. For it not to be the endless dark empty space would have to come to an end and be replaced by...... what? What could replace the space? It has to be eternal because the alternative is that there used to be nothing and then something came into existence. You can't get something from nothing so there must always have been something - hence no beginning.

    Living beeings are many kind. There are weak and frail, there are strong and tolerant. There are kind and friendly, violent and evil. And we all living have the same values, hidden or shown. Hidden in our mind, that we only know ourself in our deep dreams, and have forgot in the morning when we wake up. How fantastic art in any form, painting, music, photograph, movie, theatre, that never have gived a chance, because we celebrate the greatest at the last time of life. That give the picture of the value in living, that prevent us to evolute to a higher intelligence. Intelligence, think if it does more harm than good. In my childhood time, people adored smart kids. I was very cold fact, so i choised intelligence instead of funny smart clown. A intelligent person that talk true and cold fact, as far she know the true. I dont think that there was anybody at that time who know absolute true about everything. I am afraid that a little evil person going to demand 100% absolute true talking from a child that talk more stories than about reality. And who dare to hurt a child?
