You can whiten teeth in Photoshop without the need for complex selections of tools since 99% of the time, the color you need to remove is yellow. With the help of the Hue Saturation adjustment layer, you can desaturate those yellow colors to make your subject's teeth look white and flawless once again. For this example, we are using a close-up of a subject's smile, but these same teeth-whitening techniques work for smaller smiles within wider-angled photos. Hope you enjoy!

Hi Brendan, couldn't you also use the "hand" tool eyedropper method and click on the tooth to find the correct color? I've been whitening teeth in Lightroom using the Teeth option, it is nice to have other selections though. Thanks, Mark
