Cheers Chris 🙏 That's just about every shot then, ha ha!! I'm working on audio quality so hopefully it will be getting better in future 😉 Thanks for watching 👍👍
Really nice colours and light, both in the photos and in the vlogg! The b-w photo was interresting to see next to the same in colour. Both were beautiful but with totally different feeling. Take care!
Many thanks Phil 🙏 I can't think of a better way to get out there and see all the best places - and then take shots of them all 😉 All the best and thanks for watching 👍
Great video. That beach can also be nice when you have some larger waves. The hill behind is still dark to add contrast. With long lens you can catch the backlit “glass” waves against dark background. 💪
Great video! My favourite shot is the sentinel type rock with the starburst sunrise. It reminds me of photos I've seen of Stonehenge or some other monolith.
Thanks so much Manu 🙏 Yes, sometimes we walk down those pathways in such a hurry to get to the beach and we don't realise there could be a decent shot right there 😉 Thanks for watching 👍👍
Always love a good black and white and this one worked for that! I'm a new subscriber so I'm going back to look at some of your older ones. I hope you still get credit for my thumbs up!
Many thanks Juanita and welcome 🙏 Yes, I don't do a lot of landscapes in black & white but sometimes when the conditions are right, it just seems to work out . Thanks for watching 👍👍
Hi Nick - welcome to the channel 👍 Actually in the some of the more recent videos, I've started doing this (whenever I remember, ha ha) 😀 Thanks for watching 👍
Beautiful images Brian. Loved the tall rocks with the sunrise and the path used as the leading line with the sunrise. My next visit to Nelson Bay will require a sunrise visit to Zenith Beach for sure. Keep sharing your amazing images
Many thanks Lesley - that's very kind of you 🙏 Yes, definitely put it on your list - it's a great little location and quite easy to get to. Thanks for watching 👍
Congratulations, I’m a new subscriber to your channel Brian. So enjoyable watching you shooting in my backyard of Port Stephens. You did a great job.👍😀 I’ve found that shooting at Zenith Beach at Port Stephens with Mount Tomaree in the background rarely disappoints & a lot of compositions can be found there. Looking forward to viewing your back catalogue now that I’ve found you. Folloyou on Instagram as well. Keep up the great work.😀👍👌🙏
Many thanks Nash 🙏. Yes, I'd have to agree that's a beautiful part of the world you're living in there 😃. Thanks for the sub. Stay safe and thanks for watching 👍 👍
Amazing photos again Brian, I was up there about a month ago when we had 4 straight days of rain so didn’t get a chance to use the camera much, but it definitely is a place I’ll go back to.
Adrian Fairbrother many thanks Adrian 🙏. I remember that rain very well😉. Yes, keep it on your list - quite a few good locations to shoot there👍. Thanks for watching 👍
Great video Brian! What a stunning beach. Love the way the mountains/hills comes right down to the beach, giving you an amazing background instead of just open seas. And so nice to have all those different rocks on the beach for your foreground interest. I really enjoyed the photo at 2:40, you captured really nice flow in the incoming surf. The shot of the walkway down to the beach was amazing. I'm a sucker for a good path or walkway shot and that was a great one! Really enjoyed this video mate. Have a great weekend and stay safe!
Many thanks Paul - that's very kind of you mate 🙏 Yes, it's definitely worth a visit if you're ever in that part of the world. Thanks for watching and all the best 👍👍
@@pematamang9268 ha ha - now you're really testing me. The one I use is the W-1204 which is a carbon fibre one. I like it a lot as it's very sturdy but not too heavy. All the best 👍
The shot with the walkway down to Zenith in it seemed a bit too busy for my taste, and the slow shutter speed peer has been so done to death in so many places it's become a standing joke, but I enjoyed the water and rock compositions.
Thanks for your comment Daemon. This is what I love about photography - what doesn't appeal to you, has every chance of appealing to someone else and vice verse of course. The important thing is to be out there taking shots and to keep spreading the love. Thanks for watching and all the best 👍
stunning place n images !!!! GOD BLESS!!!
Thanks Juan 🙏 and thanks for watching 👍👍
Again another informative video! Your compositions are something I aspire to achieving! I look forward to your next adventure.

Beautiful place, nice photos and explanations. Just curious, what is your accent? Sounds like a little Australia mixed with California. 😊
Many thanks Ralph 🙏. You were correct on the Australian part but the other half was due to me growing up in Scotland 😉 Thanks for watching 👍 👍
