The question about the birthday was explained by SaF (probs Mikayla, but it could have been Ethan?) in one of the comments here on this video, but it basically goes down to the fact that Dixie is one of the few foxes they know the exact day she was born since she was a pet surrender and had all her paperwork with her full info and etc, whereas most foxes come from fur farms and, thus, it's impossible to know their exact bdays since fur farms don't keep the exact record for that as far as I know. SaF also mentioned in that comment that they celebrate all the foxes some time during spring. As for the cake, if it's a similar recipe to what they've used before to make home made treats, chances are the cake had some blueberries and coconut (coconut milk, most likely) among the main ingredients, but it's merely my guess based on that tbh.
