So good to see the younger generation being introduced to great music.

Hello from Australia, I love how your teaching the younger generation about different styles of music throughout history. And I love how the young man loved it.
John Farnham is a Aussie legend and he has so many songs to choose from and he has so much to give to younger generations.
Loved the whole reaction, keep up the good work 👍👍👍

Everyone on the stage performed at their best, because they considered it an honour to be on stage with him.

Thank you for your sincere and heart felt reactions. Also I would like to mention how lovely it is to see Father & Son both enjoying John's stellar performance. As John is very much a 'family man', this reaction would bring a smile to his face 🌝💕

This reaction made me so happy. Let’s see the young man react to You’re the voice from the same concert. And Burn for You so he can hear John sing a ballad.😊

One of the worlds great voices. By the way, the way you say his name is... 'John Farnam'. This concert with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is amazing, start to finish. Check out 'Playing to Win'. Well done guys.

I want to hear some of that African music! We don't get it anywhere else in the world.

There is nothing wrong with loving your own culture. But you need to be open to more than your own doorstep in order to grow.

Also do the live concert video of Johns Stevie Wonder cover of Love Is In Need.
His whole band join him out front and perform Acapella with Johns leed vocals above theirs.
With one or 2 male bass voices within the vocals there are elements of African tribal harmonies in different parts of the performance...... cheers.

Does the young fella like soul or just the more African rhythms from your roots ?
If yes, then react to Johns bluesy soul duet with Jimmy Barnes ...... a cover of Sam n Dave’s When Something Is Wrong With My Baby.
The official video is magic but the live versions are even better.....the guitarist , Johnny Diesel ( aka Mark Lizotte ) joins them to finnish the song Acapella.......pure brilliance.

I'm not understanding what the young boy doesn't 'get' / understand ? Many younger people like the music of their time and are not appreciative of the great artists and talent in the time of their parents and grandparents. Their elders lived through and experienced the 'golden age' of popular music in from the 1960s to the 1980s of which much was experiment and quality in musical production in the western world, particularly in the United Kingdom, Ireland, America and Australia. Also the young man is from Africa a continent of where the music is different.
