I am Korean, and because I used to translator it might sound a bit awkward.
Currently admits controversy over HYBE allegedly believing in a cult, Newjeans’ OMG music video has become a significant topic of discussion. Despite most GFRIEND members being Christian, HYBE’s alleged cult beliefs led them to make the members sing a witch’s song and disband them. Following this, LE SSERAPHIM, with an angle concept, was promoted. Moreover, it is reported that most GFRIEND members were unaware of their disbandment until it was publicly announced. With the revelation of HYBE’s cult involvement, Korean K-pop fans have been greatly shocked, yet there hasn’t been a single article on major Korean portals, indicating media control by HYBE. In this situation, MJH’s actions, struggling to protect Newjeans, have revealed, earning her positive public opinion.
