Vlogmas 2023 Day 19

Thanks for tuning in to Day 19. I got ready for work (still no power after Monday's storm) and headed into Boston. I was able to leave work early, came home and emptied the fridge/freezer items into the compost. Dan got the generator running and then relaxed at home. I ventured out to get a manicure and ran to Michaels to look for yarn for a new project. While there, Dan texted to say power was restored! I came home and took advantage of a nearly empty fridge and cleaned all of the shelves and drawers before we restocked it with items we stored in the cooler overnight. I opened my advents for today (and caught up on the last couple days) and opened a surprise package from my friend, Sue!

I finished reading Shift by Hugh Howey (2nd book in the Silo series). Started Book 3 in the Silo series- Dust.
