    THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'm new on Pardot, and I was lost about the second step after creating my email template.

    I am new to Pardot and I was using Engagement Studio to send mass emails, is it different when you send via Sending ?. in Reports I don't see anything under List Emails .. management want to see daily reports in Salesforce about the emails opened, bounced, ctr etc .. how to create this report in salesforce.. Thanks

      And it will pull in Engagement Studio emails as well. Alternatively you can go to the tools section in your Eng Studio.

    Does Pardot offer a drag and drop email builder? Salesforce lighting end offers it but I can't seem to load templates made on lighting over to Pardot.

      Pardot Lightning drag and drop emails are not usable in Pardot Classic. If made in Lightning need to be SENT in Lightning

    Thank you very much, could you please explain a little bit more what does "one to one e-mails " means ?

      Hi Juliette, thanks for the question, one to one emails are when Sales can access the Pardot emails from Salesforce to send to their leads.

      This is if you are in SF and a sales person wants to "send a Pardot email", only emails with "one to one" will be found by Salesforce.

    Can different lists be used ? Including dynamic lists? For example I have a webinar and would like to do an Eblast to 8 different lists

      Absolutely! If doing a list email, you just add all the lists in the sending area. If the same prospect is on more than one list, then Pardot is smart enough to only send one time.

      @@CarolSpringer_Pardot what’s the recommended eblast frequency to a list without being a spammer? How long should we wait ?

      @@Awesomediaeu there is no hard fast rule. Recommended to ask subscribers via a preference page.

    Hi, I'm trying to add a button with URL link to my email template. Is this possible without hard coding?

    • @CarolSpringer_Pardot
      @CarolSpringer_Pardot  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      In classic builder? To properly do it, requires hard coding. I have seen images added in the "copy" area, but it will not render properly across email clients. However, if you move to the drag and drop builder in Lightning ( lots to get the initial set up) adding buttons is a breeze. I need to do a video on that!
