Finally someone tells as it is... I started online distributions in 2005 but never grow into a business until a watch your Ross videos and my live was changed. Thank you Chad.. Only the strong Survive!
Came from IG bro, for the past almost 2 years eBay took the back burner position when I started out in my videographer role, but I can’t wait to get back to being more consistent reselling again. Reselling was the first thing that actually clicked and worked for me and it’s time to get back to it. 👊🏼
Thank you for admitting you have a "buying and not listing" problem. Not many large reselling influencers will say that. I know I very much have that same problem. 😂
28:36 I recently came across your channel and I gotta love your honesty on your profits. Keep hustling out there, I’m a fairly new reseller myself so I’m gaining lots of info from your videos. I do have a question, how do you pay for your shipping labels? From your funds or PayPal?
Too funny Chaz. This motivated me to list a bunch of my AMZ returns. It's cool to see you pivoting through different sales channels and businesses. Hope all is well.
Awesome stuff. It seems like in order for ebay to REALLY push your items, is to list 20+ items daily. It seems like most resellers I see doing big numbers, thats what they are doing. I am struggling to keep my 90 day at $7k. Its been as high as 12-13K at one point. I work full time and have actually been working a ton of OT in order to payoff some debt that I'm tired of having around. And it's coming down. Car will be paid off in about 2 weeks and some other debt will be gone within a couple months. That along with a family and other obligations. Makes for a busy life. Something you definitely know about. I do source pretty regularly but I don't find enough items to consistently list 20+ a day. I'm good if I can get 5-10 a day. I just try plugging away and buying better items if I can. I really enjoy the videos.
Honestly I am not even doing much keyword searching right now. A lot of my best finds don’t even put the brand in the title. It just looks like “men’s jeans” or “clothing lot” so I spend most of my time scrolling the main feed or the category vs keywords.
Really depends on the style and the right customer coming along. So far I’m seeing $20-$22 on average for lower end ones. Vintage will get into the $25-$40 range.
I’ll search specifics like Calculator, Toner, Camera, etc…But my best finds are coming from scrolling the main feed or the category because a lot of people are not putting the brand name in the title.
Unfortunately not much we can do. First step is try to resolve it with the buyer. 2nd is to contact eBay but they rarely are removing feedback anymore. We have a few bs ones on ours as well.
Not a chance at all. I’ve done the 9-5 grind in my former Massage Therapy/Personal Training career. Loved what I did but hated being tied to anyone’s schedule but my own. I absolutely love the treasure hunt of ecommerce, I get to spend tons of time with my wife/kids daily, travel without PTO requests and control what my everyday schedule looks like. It absolutely has its downsides, but my time is the most important piece to me and I wouldn’t trade that for the stability of a normal job.
How are you saving money sending shoes in a poly? Unless your on a different Ebay to me i find this an outrageous lie. I can ship in a box starting at $8.00 and up. The same shoes placed into a poly will start out at $10 or even $12. So how is this saving money? Anything above 1lb and not a flat rate box is far more expensive. You are not saving money here.
What kind of box and service are you using to get $8? There’s a few variables here too. Your ship from location and your time. We were using the Priority Shoe Boxes which had to go Priority. If using brown boxes there was a higher cost and more time than polymailers. We now use Ground Advantage which is $8-$10 for most of the shoes we do. Always open for hearing what others are doing but don’t come on here stating I have an “outrageous lie”. That is not how I treat others and I expect the same respect. How about a simple conversation on what works for you instead of coming at someone that way?

Yo! Feel ya there! Didn’t focus on ours for a few years and it’s been actually fun again to get it back up and running😊
@@SideHustleNetwork love to hear that bro! Looks like TH-cam is going well to? 👊🏼
I think I found your channel in 2019 when I was just starting reselling. I like where you have taken your business. Good video.

Realistic and inspirational. Thank you for sharing.
I love how you showed us the shopping pics cost and sold all together, and your honesty! Thanks so much!! More like this would be great!!
Thanks for the support!
Awesome video brother, always great info
Yes! Please keep documenting this. I’m trying to build mine up.
Great thorough breakdown and video

Outstanding progress Paul!👏🏼👏🏼
Great video.
Appreciate it!
Loved the video, definitely looks like a lot of work but the quality was top notch.
It’s obvious you love the sourcing part of reselling. 😂. Do you wash all of the clothes you source before listing? What’s your routine?
I definitely enjoy the hunting😂
Rarely wash anything unless I feel it’s needed.
Great video I'm always curious to know what's the best way to look up clothing on Facebook Marketplace
Honestly I am not even doing much keyword searching right now. A lot of my best finds don’t even put the brand in the title. It just looks like “men’s jeans” or “clothing lot” so I spend most of my time scrolling the main feed or the category vs keywords.
What do you search for on facebook marketplace when you are sourcing your items?
Most of the time I am just scrolling the main feed or category. If I am searching for specifics then will search terms like ‘canon’ ‘Patagonia’ etc
Levi’s jeans don’t sell for me. Have no clue why not. I list them pretty low at like $25.
Really depends on the style and the right customer coming along. So far I’m seeing $20-$22 on average for lower end ones. Vintage will get into the $25-$40 range.
When you source from facebook, what kind of search terms are you using? I tend to do lot, clothing, toys, tools, etc. Any advice on that? Thanks
I’ll search specifics like Calculator, Toner, Camera, etc…But my best finds are coming from scrolling the main feed or the category because a lot of people are not putting the brand name in the title.
What size poly bags do you use for shoes?
12x15 fits most
What do you do about dishonest buyers leaving completely false negative feedback?
Unfortunately not much we can do. First step is try to resolve it with the buyer. 2nd is to contact eBay but they rarely are removing feedback anymore. We have a few bs ones on ours as well.
What software do you utilize for inventory management?
I built out a database with Airtable
Lets see more miss your shows thats how i started
At the end of the day, would you trade what you're doing for a well paying 9-5 or not a chance?
Not a chance at all. I’ve done the 9-5 grind in my former Massage Therapy/Personal Training career. Loved what I did but hated being tied to anyone’s schedule but my own.

USPS though EcrapBay or Pirateship for Intl. Pirate used to be cheaper but not anymore not even their cubic. Only their Intl works.
What size box? I’m always game for trying anything out that saves time or money.
