I dont know what the reason for this is, but too often you see big and beatyfull houses with VERY bad finishing in many african countrys. For example, NONE of those windows, doors, toilet, shower or even the light switches, have finished details on them. At the same time you rarely see buyers complain about it.
As an American I dislike the furniture and I wonder why there is an obsession with the psychedelic lights. I do however like the design of this house, it’s very interesting.

Those of you in Europe need to keep your mouth shut and stop the showing things like this. Imagine being approached the revenue authorities in the country you are leaving for undeclared assets, undeclared earnings for those doing their Airbnb stuff specially for those of you who are receiving some social fund. People think wisely. One million dollars is not small money.
