Noticed in the 1st spot you mentioned there is no sinking foundations, there totally is. On console when you place the first foundation you just use the right stick to sink it, not sure about pc controls though.

You can set a bed inside? It spawns me all times out of the cave

The 5th mouse hole has an error that cannot be revived on the bed

1st rathole won't let you spawn on a bed. Atleast in official. Shows on map but when you select it, it will just spawn you on beach
That has nothing to do with the spot, that is a glitter that happens and has nothing to do with that spot it can happen to any spawn location
