It is a combination of three chemicals - Pine Oil, TRO and, Alphox200.

No one can fix the ratio because the chemicals like
(a) Pine Oil 22% - No one can test the purity of Pine Oil 22%. What is the combination of Pine Oil to give the phenyl a better quality? Today, traders are buying 8-10% pine oil and mixing it with DHM and other tops and selling naming it 22%. When the product is not 22% pure then how one can fix the ratio of chemicals to be mixed together. Hence you will find separation and oil floating on the top.
(b) TRO need to be 50% only. But sometimes it is 35% to 60% and what is the quality of castor oil used and how much sulphur gas is passed. TRO (Turkey Red Oil) chemical name is Sulphated Caster oil.
(c) Alphox 200 - same regard to quality.
Then how the ratio can be fixed. Hence, you need to understand how to calculate the ratio when manufacturing phenyl concentrate. If your product is properly mixed then final product will automatically be perfect.
These days you will see white colour transparent Phenyl Concentrate, which is manufactured using SLES and Alphox200. Once you will mix water to this concentrate it will give you milky white phenyl, leave it for 15-20 days and then you will see transparent white water which will start giving you bad smell when SLES mixed with water start decaying. Soap water in your home also give bad smell if left for few days. And you will also see a thick layer of cream which is actually soap on the top of the bottle.
When TRO is brown in colour then how the phenyl concentrate can be white transparent.
