I didn't remember this one until I saw the clip of Bill and Ben running back and forth on either side of Boco, and was suddenly delighted.
The Diseasel is one of my favorite episodes from the classic series, so this definitely brings a smile to my face.

When I was a kid, me and my friends loved doing what bill and Ben did to boco, running back and forth making happy, smirking and shocked faces with my friends everytime we appeared. I really loved this piece.

This was one of my favorite episodes of Thomas and friends.

I totally agree on this theme being catchy and annoying at the same time - I can simultaneously feel Bill and Ben's amusement coupled with BoCo's pain whenever I listen to it. I think this cover might be even more erratic than your rendition of the Turntable Theme XD As an aside, BoCo's shocked face always creeped me out when I was a kid - maybe because of the sudden close-up shot after the fast music? Anyway, that was certainly a very fun cover, and I look forward to seeing what else you have in store for this summer!

I really love your style Luke, it's such a delicate and light version of this song. I can listen to this and immediately think of your arranging. The soprano sax carries the melody perfectly. Great job Luke!

Okay one, how much dedication must you have to make an entire theme that would only be used ONCE throughout the ENTIRE series never to be heard again. That's some serious dedication and pride in craftsmanship. And two. man alive those hilarious close ups and the facial expressions that would never be possible without plain static models like with stop motion and puppeteering in a modern day show.
Like seriously, with all the technology that has come and gone and how advanced it evolves there're still so many things that will never be possible to achieve on anything other than tech and tools that are ironically and yet quite fittingly "Steam Age" at this point. So it's no wonder that so many people across multiple generations still hold shows like this so dear to their hearts.
In my mind, I was thinking, when this premieres, it's gonna be one hell of a bop! And you know what, I certainly wasn't disappointed! You absolutely nailed it! ^w^

Whenever I think of Bill and Ben being cheeky I think of this theme. I’d suggest doing the Thomas and the truck’s version of Thomas’s theme

I love this. This is basically the opposite of the turntable theme for me - whereas with the turntable theme I felt the looping was too much with too short a ditty, turning it into noise, this one loops the theme repeatedly BUT the theme is longer and you add more variation as you go along, keeping it "fresh". Well done!

This definitely gave me goosebumps as I knew it would. But, you didn't include the bit that plays when Boco says "Stop! You're making me giddy!"; overall though, you still did an excellent job on this song.

Oh it's always an exciting time of the fortnight when you bring out another theme! Always makes my day! The absolute right choice in instruments (Piccolo and Soprano Sax) to represent little mischevious tank engines. Once again, you capture the heart, essence and spirit of the piece and do something new, different and unexpected. I think that's why maybe it gets the nostalgia feels the most - it's not just a faithful reproduction, but the orchestration seems to replicate what my childhood memory seems to remember *feeling* 30+ years ago. Too pretentious a comment, perhaps, haha? Anyway, absolutely loved it. Super fun. Love to see more of these "incident" themes of my childhood (you've done Henry's Forest perfectly. Perhaps that Percy Crash variant from the "Fruitful Day" episode in Season 3) but honestly, whatever you produce I am a fan :)

I always tear up hearing this theme. Henry is definitely my favourite character, outside of Edward and Percy.
His theme, sadness, betrayed by his own failing body, his triumphant return to strength, wanting to go fast for the first time in his life.

Maybe you could collaborate with many other talented musicians to commemorate your 100th Thomas song? For me personally, this song is very special.
