This really does work! And not just for speaking (although that is the main thing that matters) but also for every other aspect of language. I was too busy to practise for a Spanish writing examination but on the day before the exam I found this video and followed your method, except I used to for written fluency and I got a the highest grade possible (an A++) thanks to your method!

say you want to learn spanish, you would not want to write the questions in spanish? then answer them in spanish and practice. How would you know what they are asking.. if you mother language is in english..

At which learning stage should we start doing this? I would say we would need some kind of prior knowledge in the language, right?

Yeah you can translate the questions too, if they're still too hard to understand, then try to answer them.
