i have 4 small air tight containers , i put a tablespoon of 6 and 4 mm expanders in the pot , a little glug to each , cold water and put in the fridge , i found that if you keep them air tight and cold they will keep for over a week and still be perfectly hookable at the bank, brilliant product i wouldn`t be without them now
Great tip, but what about after put cold water onto the expanders? Should keep them in fridge through the night if I prepare it the evening before? What about pellet pumps? Do you get better results using pellet pumps if you also prepare it a night before?
Yes - put the cold water on them and then put the container in the fridge overnight. Take them out when you leave for fishing. Not used a pellet pump but the pro-expanders don't need to be pumped - they all sink after preparation overnight.
Hi Karoly, Yes, leave in the fridge over night, the colder you can keep the pellets during preparation and before use the firmer they will be :) Also, with our Pro Expanders you do not need a pellet pump, they all sink straight from the bag.
@@Sonubaits thanks for getting back to me. The only confusing thing is every other pellet I've used before these ones you have to take them out of the water or the go to wet and soggy . Scratching my head why are they the opposite? Made of something different? I do like them though.
Thanks Sonu and Des, can't wait to try these expanders 👍
Always great tips from Des & sonubaits.🎣😎
Omg acorn fishery is my local lake I can’t believe you were there I’m actually going tomorrow lol
Time to get some bait booster then and some pro expanders

After leaving the expanders overnight,do you drain all the water,or not,?

How long can you leave them in the fridge for
Love all your videos des.. quick question with these pellets to you keep them thought out the all day in water ?
Hi Martin,
Yes keep them in water throughout the day, that will stop them from drying out and potentially cracking

BRILLIANT
What time lf year do Expanders work best?
I find them to be a bit too soft when done over night. Even with cold water and kept in the fridge. Any advice?
Have you tried this approach with Bait Booster? It's thicker than water so does help to make the expanders that little bit more durable than standard.

Perché non lo fatte parlato in Italiano???
