Interesting what you say about the relationship with herbivores and the ecosystem. We’ve noticed since the neighbour’s sheep have been kind enough to mow our back acre 😀 an increase in the native wildlife. I guess the sheep pellets bring in more insects which in turn attracts more birds.

That’s awesome! I think you’re pretty spot on there maybe the sheep disturb the soil surface just enough for birds to seek out worms and grubs

Love the idea of managing the nutrient application trough shade. It is interesting for our farm

You are one wise dude! Love what you're doing! I am doing it on a very small scale in Northern Rivers nsw step by step! Warm regs from west of the range

Well done! Resourceful. Honest hard work. Honest view opposing the enviormental bologna that's been sold and swallowed far too long. Good ideas gleaned from all you shared. Great looking pasture and calf! I'm encouraged on all fronts, including that you are one of our industrious young folks, and hope in the future!👍😊

Is this still holding up to wind? We get 70 mph straightline winds from time to time, it has tore up all mobile shelters ivhave tried to make.

Cameron, when there is wind and sun, what result do you get or how do you fight it?

Anything you'd do differently now that you've used it a year?

@camerongriffin3860 not sure you can build something that's cyclone proof 🤔 This winter I plan to build one. Sounds like you'll be making a new one too, ha

Yeah I had similar thoughts so I put those big wide stabilising arms on it, I’ve had it a few months now and it’s held up well in strong winds
