Bryan Edney hello im florence from PHILIPPINES....miss universe 1999 was one of my favorite editions because our own Miriam Quiambao was Mpule's strong competitor that time who landed 1st runner up to her.seriously,Miriam had significant plans to do for the benefit of others if she won the title over Mpule, however,i thought of Mpule had the bigger fate and used her title in a broader extensive help and benefts for others.
A true woman of substance, intelligence & commitment to advocacy. Mpule is probably the Best Miss Universe ever crowned who used her opportunity to improve & educate herself to really serve others.
