Dhieyo oh my days, listen to this.... cut a long story short I had an op 6 years ago and since then my.doc has kept me dependent on painkillers, my pain left a long time ago and I continued taking them to avoid the withdrawels which I didn't realise I'd have until it was too late, anyway....I practiced the shiva method moving my finger round my thumb picturing my intention of being painkiller free and oh my days I've been free from them almost a week now I left my last prescription and so many wonderful synchroncities are happening, a 6 year old gorgeous little girl picked me flowers today ( my customers daughter ) and I felt like it was the universe saying well done, I've barely had any withdrawels just sleepless nights until last night, This is so amazing and it was weird I just woke up one day and thought nope not anymore and I'm so blown away, I can't thank you enough, 6 years they gripped me now it's gone I feel great and so so grateful. Its helpful to know the pain is there, but not there. So I am working towards taking it away. A massage therapist i had worked to concretize the pain in my back into a specific spot. So my pain remained there. He didnt say how to get rid of it. I finally began saying clear cancel delete whenver i thought about what he did, and it finally went away.
