Can you make a guide how to make Tieba mod work? I tried many others but tieba is not possible for me..

Have you tried installing it manually?

For now...try reinstall the game to the original state, please delete all existing files on the /ZeroSievert directory.
Moving forward... after reinstalling the entire game, do a backup of entire folder to another folder; ie: ZS_backup, so next time when you need to reuse the same ZS patch level, you can delete and copy all the files from this ZS_backup.
1) Delete all files in /ZeroSievert
2) Do a backup folder for patch 1.0.11
3) Go to nexusmod, and download all the require mods; JSON override, External Audio, GMLoader and Tieba01 mod.
4) Unzip all the files in your /ZeroSievert game folder (or where you install the game). It should be a /mods directory create, while GMLoader.exe will be same path as ZeroSievert.exe.
5) Run the GMLoader.exe until complete
6) Launch and create NEW game, and check the Barman for changes to see if mod installed. You CANNOT load or use the old game as now it's modded.
