It was more than a decade ago when Israel itself relocated thousands of individuals living in Gaza with lethal force from their homes to follow the agreement, which obligated the Palestinians in return to stop any kind of aggression towards Israel. The Palestinians had the chance to build a safe, functional, and prosperous livelihood. But the first thing the Palestinians did in return was to elect a government that enshrined the goal of destroying Israel in their constitution. The elected government followed through with its promise. Since its founding, thousands of rockets have flown into Israel. Dozens of civilians died in terrorist attacks. Millions of aid funds - intended for civilian purpose - were misused to build rockets, tunnels, and other nonsense. The crimes committed on October 7th like raping women, killing children, or kidnapping a baby, was Humus has been doing for years. Secondly. Israel behaved more humanely in this conflict than any other conceivable party in any imaginable conflict. It allowed Palestinians to work in Israel, receive medical care or even migrate into their country. During war, they warn civilians where their military is operating. They admit collateral damage and apologize for it. They saved Sinwar’s life giving him a lethal brain surgery. They treated the daughter of Haniyyas daughter for her complex disease in Israel. While Humus was building rockets and tunnels with all the foreign aid, Israel supplied their civilians with free water and electricity. The situation is clear. In no other conflict the responsibility for the suffering has been so one sided and clear - in no other conflict have the perpetrators been held accountable so weakly. People with voice and power who claim to reject war have the duty to unequivocally name the culprit of this war and do everything in their power to eliminate them. A global court should still have some power especially in times like these to help secure lasting peace. This is why they were built and their charge against both leaders is right, given the evidence.
All those whos names & signatures that are on the threatening letter need to be charged with attempted blackmail & corruption .

Karim Khan! You are a real human being, a real man! Thank you so much!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
May the lord bless and protect Mr Karim Khan, for standing with truth and for humanity. For taking into account the responsible for war crimes.
Imagine if citizens of a country, such as USA, act like that to their police department or court system! Karim Khan speaks the truth, as a real Love Warrior! Our world is getting better!

If Isreal wants security it ought to bring in respect, justice, equity and humanity for all
That do not need any walls of shame and oppression.

Bravo. What is done in the dark will come to the light.
Justice is blind to threats
THE ONLY FEDILITY YOU SHOULD HAVE IS TO THE PEOPLE WHO ELECTED YOU
*Fidelity*
You're welcome! 😊
More importantly, American politicians must have fidelity to the U.S. Constitution above all else.
I disagree. Fidelity should be to the constitution, and to fair and just adherence to law.
Then Biden should listen to American voters, the overwhelming majority of which want a ceasefire. Same with the thousands upon thousands of Israeli protestors that are demanding Netanyahu's resignation.
Also, *the ICC isn't a political organization. Their only fidelity is to justice.*
@@PauloAdriano-zo2ng The Constitution keeps get trampled by liars who claim to love this country. The Constitution needs to be protected now more than ever.
@@rawlsrules
Just adherence to the law is decided by the Supreme Court. If Supreme Court Judges fail to do their jobs, then the U.S. Senate should impeach and or remove them.
Karim Khan is standing firm and upright with justice. “Something bigger than ourselves” that is what they cannot come to terms with.
ICC is as pertinent as the UN and UNRWA. Along with the ICJ,
Which means they are all very important.

Here are the current members of the UN Human Rights Council, most of which are countries that abuse human rights: • Iraq • Cuba • China • Qatar • Angola • Burundi • Pakistan • Venezuela • DR Congo • Afghanistan • Saudi Arabia • United Arab Emirates
The list could go on but you cherry picked
You excluded half of the list. That's called a lie by omission.
Here are the names the letter was signed by; Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky as well as Senators Tom Cotton of Arkansas; Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee; Katie Boyd Britt of Alabama; Ted Budd of North Carolina; Kevin Cramer of North Dakota; Ted Cruz of Texas; Bill Hagerty of Tennessee; Pete Ricketts of Nebraska; Marco Rubio and Rick Scott of Florida; and Tim Scott of South Carolina.
Thank you Mr. Karim!
He can kick sand, still doesn't have jurisdiction over Israel, anything that comes from that court is recommendatory. And Israel has a right to exist.
Ma man! Good response
The discussion in this war is absurd.
First. Israel acted selflessly to live in peace with the Palestinians in Gaza.
Everything else is responsibility for the resulting suffering and will extend it.
The prosecutor should be given the Nobel prize for peace
