Iron ore is interesting forecasts had it trading under $100 in 2024 and trending even lower in future years yet here we are $117 and steady, which is a big miss in their predictions. EU is a mystery to me generally power costs are far higher than the UK yet they say their economy is okay power costs suggests otherwise.
Re the EU: all the growth has been in the periphery (Italy, Greece, Spain etc) not the core (Germany and France), and only because those countries have had massive wage adjustments over the past few decades.
