The 322s did not even deserve to be replaced. They were strong and still underaged. I was personally expecting them to be replaced no earlier then 2037.

322s we're used on Scotrail as the 321s were converted to class 320s.

I like the Metro Logo. Reminds me of LA Metro's Original Logo....before Washington D.C. made them change it to put a slash through the M.

not a huge amount, the 322s were built for the Stanstead Express so had more luggage space

What's the difference between classes 320, 321, 322?

320s are 3cars, 321/322 are 4 cars. The321 are standard commuter trains and the 322s were originally airport express units

They are units not locos. The 322s were originally built for the Stansted Express and so had a different interior to the 321s. When they were with Northern/GA there was almost no difference between a 322 and a 321/9

Sorry and ok but I never saw 322s at stansted I only saw GA stansted 387 and cross country 170

In fairness they left Anglia (the first time) in 2001 so it has been a few years 😂
