- I am back once more on BeamNG Drive destroying some vehicles around the proving grounds circuit, as we have a classic american car and a modern sports car try to survive as long as possible.

@Failrace, in the scoreboard at the end of each episode, pls add a tag with the episode in which the car appears.
Example: if i want to see the episode with Bluebuck, i would notice the tag "ep6" next to Bluebuck.

That Bluebuck did almost an entire lap on a near-totaled engine. Extremely impressive.
Its also an X-frame, which were notoriously weak.
They say that Soviet cars are unbreakable because of Stalinium. What would the Americans be running to have this kind of performance? Surely they didn't just take some from the Soviets...

The bluebuck is a x frame so the frame kind off protects the drive line
Ok, for the one after shafted could be called 'drop dead' as its a vertical drop, the one just before the finish line could be 'the finisher' and the banked hairpin with the speedbumps could be 'speed-bump carosel'

- With regards to the professional start to the video, Jimmy Broadbent would like to have a word...
- The Bluebuck did itself proud on that showing, in spite of it threatening to get Brundled on the chequerboards
- Bringing in that version of the Pessima was like bringing in a knife to a nuclear missile test, thereby registering a measurement only in yards
- Further referencing Jimmy Broadbent, you cannot put a wang on that ETK, but its front spoiler is a suitable substitute
- But it's not advisable to mend its steering by rearranging it with help from the armco

@@aryboss1514 I thought of it after one car (can't remember what) seemed to be ready to die from overheating, when it took the leap of faith, broke the driveshaft, and ended up going across the finish line upside down.
5:24 a good name for this jump could be; "The Backbreaker", 5:46 could be "The Big Dippers", and the last jumps could be "The Finishing Touches"

It's based off the constellations of the same name and how the car dips down.
The dirt section seems like "Dead Man's Gulch" to me. God knows enough cars have come to rest in there someplace.
I would love to see a sub-series of this where you take exceptional cars from previous tests and try to re-build them. Make them survive as far as you can with the maximum wobble-matic suspension and ride height and mid-engined radiator protecting layouts.
Rebuild? As in use the parts menu to change the parts around or rebuild the cars in Automation? Automation cars still don't simulate damage very well.
That little crater in the dirt section that took out the bluebuck's radiator I would like that to be called Coolant Lake. The way that dip smacks the front of each car makes me think it will empty a lot of radiators.
Some more name suggestions:
Big ramp after shafted: Fail Air (you always get air time after all)
Vertical drop: The Bluff (vertical like a cliff wall, also if you try to bluff about the car, it'll get ruined)
Big dirt dip after the vertical drop: Big Dipper
Smaller hills after it: Little Dippers
Last ramp before the finish line: Leap of Faith

Considering it keeps breaking driveshafts.
One change I would like, and I realize this is kind of a judgement call: I do think that if a car gets beached in the way that the bluebuck did (due to damage and failure of the car), it shouldn't be allowed to continue. It feels like it's not actually an obstacle if it can just get cheated over it, I guess
Great video hope you are planning to do more trucks around the track. Would be could you see the difference between trucks and how they handle the course.
I would like to propose a name change to the spinners to "The Strippers" because they swing around on poles and try to strip your car ;D I've also been thinking about the vertical block in the dirt with the diamond plated texture to call it the Diamond Drop.
And then last suggestion is the last jump to the finish line over the speed bumps I think should be called "Cinnamon Totaled Crunch. Thanks for the awesome content as always!
Edit: Perhaps the dirt road leading to the last few ramps should be called Cinnamon Totaled Crunch and here's why. The dirt is the color of cinnamon, we've seen a few cars totaled on those humps, and it certainly gets a lot of crunch from the cars!
The last jump should be called "Dead Man Driving" for the way that some cars die from it and roll across the finish line. Also, I propose that the whole back half with the fences be called "Compression Hell"

The bumpy chicane could be called the Southampton bends because the roads there are never looked after and are always uneven.
Thanks FR:) It's much fun 2 watch u tear cars up on this 3rd crazy track. One of my fav series. I wish u could create some big explosions. How about a fuel tanker full of Dinitrogen tetroxide (N2O4) or hydrazine (N2H4) or maybe just gas, lol, carried either in a semi-truck or single tank.

I'm so disturbed by the fact that the Bluebuck didn't make 10 miles even. That's going to give me sleepless nights for sure!
The 2nd jump in the dirt section should be called the lemming drop.

The “flat” jump requires speed to get over without major pains, so i thought of “the speedster”. Anyways glad to see a new and exciting driven till destruction, on a circuit so good that challenges the original bajarama

There is a S bend after Table Tops, before the water, you should call it 'The Cutting', because you always cut it :)
Name suggestions for some of the jumps. Feel free to pair a name with a different jump if it resonates with you better but suggested pairings are:
The last Hurrah (final jump before the start / finish line)
High dive (just after the tight corner on the dirt)
The spring board (big jump into the dirt section)
The drive shaft tester
The spring tester
The wheel alignment shop
High jump
Long jump
The Javelin throw
The drop should be Dover. It's a white cliff and if you go too slow? Car fall Dover

The last big dirt jump around the corner...lots of vehicles nose-diving down coming off of that. I suggest you call it "Faceplant".
I replayed Alex saying that one jump was named "Shafted" way too many times to figure out what he was saying. Another win for British mumbling!

I suggest naming the jagged series of bumps/jumps "sharkteeth"
I think a good name for the jump that comes after the caged off dirt road, the left turn into a drop, I think a good name for that would be the "Drop-Kick". Because there's a drop, and then the car gets a kick to the driveshaft.
Could also work on the jump onto the starting line, but that dirt jump really is just the road dropping away.
how about 'polish road' for the chicane with the potholes? i think that would be very fitting.

How did you get this map to work with the current version? I love running this map, but with the last update there are texture errors and crashes when you try to go to the Main Menu. This question is open not only to @failrace, but anyone in the comments. I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
The final jump should be called "harsh reality". You climb up to it feeling good, as you are getting on to another lap. However, it's a DTD video, so another lap is also a curse, having to drive across the many obstacles.
Hence harsh reality.

That big drop on the dirt should be called Radiator Springs, because if the big jump is good at killing the driveshaft, that second one is good at killing the radiator. Plus, you know, Cars reference.
Dirt jump should be called "Scandinavian Fling", since you're almost always sliding into the jump and then you immediatedly have to swing the chassis into the next corner.
I like "nose dive" for the big unnamed drop , feel it is very fitting for way the vehicles land 😁😂
The next variant of the Bluebuck to go should be the race car. It has a roll cage and reinforced chassis, and probably stronger suspension as well, so it should keep going for ages.
Encoding very bad on this one :(. Very pixellated for most of the video. Kept having to double check I was on 1080p, which I was.
That one jump that kills the driveshafts should be called "Speed Check"
I call the Carousel "Bumpy BrIstol" due to the steep banking at Bristol Motor Speedway. The first corner should be called "The Spin Zone" due to the fact that more than likely you are oversteering through it. The big jump after the chicane should be called "Belly Dropper" due to the feeling you get when launching yourself off a ramp.
Which version of the map is this? I seem to have the latest (1.2a) and it is quite different. It doesn't have all those jumps and drops near the end of circuit, it ends with near flat offroad section.

I'd sort of like to see the big Tatra-style 8x8 truck mod go around here, while a very off-road oriented vehicle, I suspect that its great mass would do it in over those larger jumps, and that bits would come off of it due to the very precise and detailed damage model. Also as far as names go I quite like the sound of "The Finisher" for that last jump before the line, as it has ended multiple car's runs in such a manner that they cross the start/finish line.

I have new name idea for the spinners, a ridiculous name but makes sense (in my mind).
The Lollipops, they spin like a carnival ride and have the potential to pop your vehicle quick well.
The dip after the cliff jump (which I have dubbed "The Drop-Off" in honor of one of my favorite movies when I was a kid, Finding Nemo.)I think should be called "Radiator buster." Because just about every time I go around this circuit the radiator goes out from the dip.

Can someone help me out? I've had this map fo quite some time, but I can't manage to fix the texture issue on the starting line..As well as the jump/drop off in the dirt section, how does he get it? It is'nt in the original map?

I've played this map but it's super broken with missing textures and the spinners don't move how do you set them to move?
There should be a speed trap somewhere and the distance should be divided by the speed so faster cars get more of a chance, they usually get destroyed earlier.
I say the corner with the speedbumps on the inside should be called "Cardboards" because it's corrugated and smooth.
Corner name suggestion: the bumpy asphalt chicane just after the tabletops should simply be called "detroit"
