- Straight out of Jeff "Beachbum" Berry's amazing book, 'Potions of the Caribbean', comes a delicious little treat for summer.... the Virgin Island Kula made with Virgin Island gold rum (if you have it).

Ingredients:
1 oz. Virgin Island gold rum
1 oz. dry gin
1 oz. apricot liqueur
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz orgeat
1/2 oz. soda water
Instructions: Combine all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake till cold. Strain into glass with fresh crushed island and enjoy!

I finally got my hands on some apricot liquor and this is the money right here. My wife just took a sample and thought maybe it should be blended I think I'm going to give it a shot

To avoid the diluting you can make a trey of ice cubes with orange juice, lime juice and orgeat and blend that up
