Not fate, but a spin off of a series owned by the same company called Tsukihime (The series not the game itself). Saber is just in the game because Fate and Tsukihime are owned by the same studio.
It’s Tsukihime, another, older story by the same creator as Fate. Saber is in this game as a guest character. There are apparently some lore connections between these two and some other stories by the same creator (collectively called the “Nasuverse”), but I don’t know enough about the franchises to know what those connections are.
