To create this 2 Part Meal in my Ninja Foodi 15 in 1 I used the Pot in Pot method.
The rice was full of flavour and beautifully tender and the chicken was still moist

SPANISH RICE (Serves 6)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Onion
500ml Rice
500ml Chicken Stock
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
1 Carrot, diced
Frozen Peas
225g Tomato Sauce/Tinned Tomatoes/Passata
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
SPANISH CHICKEN
500g Chicken breast
110g Chorizo
1/2 Onion
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
2 Tin of Tomatoes
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 Red Pepper
Salt & Pepper
400ml Stock

I been watching your videos, but I have not yet tried my 15 in 1 yet. You make it so less daunting. My husband surprised me with it because I love cooking and I can't wrap my head around how easy it can be...lol but these videos are great.
